“I’ve been meaning to write this review since a had therapy with Adam, some years ago, but I feel that it would be a complete injustice to never share my experience, so it’s better late than never! I stumbled across Adam’s website during period of my life when my anxiety was at its worst and I was loosing hope rapidly! I honestly believe that this man saved me! It might sound dramatic, but it’s true, and he did! Adam helped me to gather the pieces and gave me the tools I needed to help myself! As we all know, old habits die hard, and nothing is perfect! I still very much have bumps in the road, but to have the knowledge that he taught me, means I’ll always have it in my arsenal, and no matter what happens, I will always be truly grateful to Adam! I’ve never had therapy that even comes close to this man’s skill set, but you have to be all in and be prepared to hear what he tells you. If you can do that, you’ll never look back!”

“We had a large job which was to fit a new boiler, all radiators & new pipes We would like to Thank Chris & Martin for an amazing job , I cannot praise them both enough, so hardworking just absolutely brilliant on every level, . We hadn't had heating for many years, everything had to be removed & you can only imagine the dust & dirt that had accumulated over time, but they used dust sheets & cleaned continuously, there was no mess at all. I have never seen anyone work so hard as Chris & Martin non stop all day, all this whilst being so accommodating to my disability, they were so understanding & kind. Both were so professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgable & skilled. I hope that Chris & Martin get the recognition they both deserve, the very best representatives any business could ever wish for. Thank you”

“Brand spanking new health centre! Incorporating two surgeries in one building Longton Hall and Willowbank. Seems farely efficient. So far so good! All on ground floor as far as I can tell. Car parking out front with bicycle bays directly infront of the building entrance. One waiting room just beyond reception foya. Each surgery has it's rooms either side of the adjoined waiting area. The entire middle section of which was blocked off for social distancing purposes. Obviously the waiting room was not designed for this. So everyone is sat against the wall of their surgery's corresponding corridor to it's rooms.”

“Unfortunately I have harboured negative feelings about this GP Practice over the last few years due to unhelpful receptionists, lack of doctors/appointments and experiences of having to see a nurse who doesn't know anything about rashes or burns and scalds - although two were excellent and helpful. What a breath of fresh air it was recently to speak to a polite, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, get a prompt and actual appointment with a doctor, who was lovely, friendly and so efficient. My faith has been absolutely restored. Thank you Wolstanton Medical Centre for such an amazing improvement - now I won't have to rely on Dr Google, spend a fortune on internet-suggested remedies and suffer for months rather than pick up the telephone. Absolutely amazing.”

“I've found the staff here to be absolutely amazing. Over the years I've seen a lot of the nurses and doctors and they've always been so friendly, professional and thorough whenever I see them and accommodating to any anxieties or concerns. Jo and Fiona inparticular are great. Texting through clear results has never worked for me so I have always had to call, but I've always managed to get through without holding. The wait times on busy days for the walk in can be very long but it's due to cuts to funding and staff through no fault of their own and the staff are just as frustrated as the patients so they do the best they can. Very lucky to have such a great service for free so close to home.”
