“This is the best Dentist we’ve ever been to. Dr Jenny Moore is wonderful as are the reception team. Unfortunately they have decided to turn their back on the NHS and I’m sure I’m not the only patient who cannot afford the prices of private treatment. I understand that this Government are determined to dismantle the NHS but where is compassion in this society where a great many of us can hardly afford to feed our families or heat our homes? I have tried to find an NHS dentist in Shrewsbury but none are accepting new patients.”

“I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I am a long standing client and have nothing but praise for the whole team at Stoneyfields. If they were not up to scratch I would not return, but they are excellent. I requested an urgent appointment yesterday, was given one for today and have had my tooth repaired this morning in a professional and pleasant manner. I can’t ask for more. If I had failed to keep my appointment I would expect to have had to pay for the wasted time, that seems fair to me.”

“This NHS dental practice is such a life saver. It took a while on the phone to get through but just 1 phone call sorted all my problems. I’m going from a single abscess to having 7 teeth removed through sedation. I have a massive fear of dentists 10/10. But the staff are so fantastic and polite they are making my treatment process very easy. I wouldn’t let a dentist touch my teeth and now they’re going to sedate me and remove all the teeth that need to be removed. I wouldn’t be able to thank the staff anymore than I can now. From crying in pain and fear to now be put at ease is a real challenge but the staff here have made it happen. Really it’s the staff and service that are top of the scale. Honestly if you need help you will get it. Just wait through the long phone call and believe in success. Massive thanks to every member of staff that has helped me.”
