“My tooth broke just before Christmas. Nicola Moore saw me immediately, gave me a temporary solution and explored various ideas with me for the permanent solution (clearly explaining the pros and cons of each). We agreed on a plan and she told me not to listen to anyone over Christmas who says it will hurt because she promised me it wouldn't! In January I arrived at the practice for my treatment. Nicola's manner is excellent, she takes her time and explains everything to you at each step, making sure she proceeds at a rate you are comfortable with so that you never feel rushed. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease. Nicola is very gentle and made sure I was completely numb before any treatment started. She needed to drill very deep into my tooth to remove all of the decay in order to assess the root canal. I didn't feel anything at all and was very relaxed throughout. After clearing out the deep rooted decay, Nicola paused, took more photos and then decided to adjust her plan as she considered it possible to rebuild the tooth without having to go right into the root canal. She went ahead with this revised plan with the end result being that it cost me around £900 less than I'd expected. I would recommend Nicola to anyone needing dental treatment or anyone who is concerned about a visit to the dentist. She loves her job and cares greatly about her patients, which is clear from the moment you meet her.”

Then the big one which I didn’t feel then to work started which I didn’t feel also and as I was listening to my music from my iPhone I didn’t hear. I was totally unaware of any dentistry being done. Then it was all over. No pain no discomfort and no need to worry again. Thanks see you in six months.”

“I had an appointment with Lukas this morning for a root canal treatment, in my head when he told me I wouldn’t feel it, I immediately thought yeah okay mate you’re going to be drilling into my mouth and I’m not going to feel any pain ? Sure. This man a magician!! I didn’t even feel the needle going in, nor did I feel anything other than the dribble leaking down my face which they really kept on top of with cleaning it up. I had a strange reaction to the anaesthetic, it made me itchy for a short while and then left me feeling like a was floating, which after a while I can’t say I mind, also not their fault as they asked me if I was allergic or have I ever have a reaction in which my answer was no. I thank everyone at the priors for making this such a gentle experience.”
