We hadn't had heating for many years, everything had to be removed & you can only imagine the dust & dirt that had accumulated over time, but they used dust sheets & cleaned continuously, there was no mess at all. I have never seen anyone work so hard as Chris & Martin non stop all day, all this whilst being so accommodating to my disability, they were so understanding & kind. Both were so professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgable & skilled.
