From the very start and even now, they are always so helpful and if we have any issues with the property they are on it right away. I can't fault their service and even more so when we have our house inspections every 6 months. Sylvia Hames has always made us feel so relaxed when doing the inspection. Having a laugh,general chat and she is very friendly and is always willing to help. Once again I'd like to thank you for all your support from the very start. “I booked a room for family members, and they had a lovely stay. The team at this premier inn were brilliant, very helpful and really pleasant. The room its self looked old and tired, but it was very clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but it’s not open yet, so we booked breakfast in the pub opposite, which was very nice.”

“My stay was very nice , I was only there 2 nights , 7 of us stayed and dined at the restaurant, the food was fantastic good portions and the waitress Morgan we had was excellent, she looked after all our needs and very polite there is no negatives , it was my birthday and I got a lovely card and a complimentary prosecco, the room was adequate for my stay , we will be coming again to stay and dine in the future”

“We didn't have a room, we drove there for afternoon tea, and although they do not do afternoon tea, we were served by wonderful staff, who accommodated us just for the tea we had. BUT they even went the extra mile by offering to cook us something. There are tepees and an outdoor ceremony space. So much to enjoy, in a place we found by accident and needed a coffee. Would honestly highly recommend this venue for what ever event you have coming up.”

“If you want an escape, a feel like home, mama’s breakfast not commercialised one, a nice garden and quiet countryside this is a place for you! Bath/shower/toilets very clean and comfortable bed. I enjoyed my week stay and coming back for another. The host is a super human and she is very friendly”

“On a short break in Telford. We checked in inside the pub and was in our room (in a modern building adjacent to the pub) within a few minutes. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. A bath and shower was a welcome addition rather than just one or the other. Nice large tv, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities were to hand. We had an evening meal in the pub (excellent value for money) followed by a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended by us and would come again for sure.”
