“Fabulous rooms. Modern and clean. Food was good. Was on group booking, and was a little restricted to what we were told, but main course was tasty. Drinks as expected, but Lottie made some great suggestions and banging cocktails. Nice to see her have enthusiasm and hospitality skills to adapt to different customer needs. Well done”

“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

“Spent a superb long weekend here, the cottages were cosy, clean and very well stocked in games and puzzles with full amenities for home cooked meals. Beautiful location with easy access for great hiking trails. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Great place to stay. Highly recommended. We stayed there as a family of 4 during our visit to the Alton Towers. We stayed in the chalet, which is a great choice for families. Lovely, very helpful owners. Delicious breakfast served into our chalet. Children have the option to get pancakes. Will definitely come back if visiting the area again.”

“Attended bridal preparations at Brookhouse and it was perfect for the occasion. The owner was very welcoming and the house had some great spaces with lots of natural light... Perfect for wedding photography”

“Stayed here with 6 of my friends for my Queen Scout Award as we was doing long hikes each day. It was so nice to come back to a clean cozy barn. The views were great the barn got nice and warm with the heater and Wifi so I could uploads my pictures. Alison was lovely too had lots of information and was nice to chat too. Great place to stay if you love the outdoors.”

“Just spent a night at the 'Spitfire' Premier Inn, Stafford. Stay was to the standard advertised & expected, although no capacity for hot breakfast due to a restaurant refurb BUT crossed the road & used 'Hurricane' Premier Inn & breakfasted there! I'd mention Sharon on reception at Spitfire who was genuinely welcoming when we first arrived & couldn't do enough to help us (to locate earlier arrived friends, direct us to a wedding venue & advise re local taxi's etc. Such a lovely lady).”

“On arrival we were greeted by Sarah, very approachable and accommodating. She explained clearly where we would find out room and even nipped to the Beefeater attached for a couple of fizz flutes as we had brought with us a couple bottles of fizz for the room. Thank you..”

“I am their customer since they opened and never ever had any issue with this Pharmacy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting time is very minimum. Also I get my medication ordered and blister packed which make it very very easy. 10 out 10 for this Pharmacy. Keep up the good work.”

“A non-pretentious hotel in the middle of the city near the main road above Lidl supermarket. Very modern things are new and clean elevators function well. Last staircase nothing to complain evening meal were in expensive and large portion size. I thought the Punjabi chicken and rice and Na that was very nice and spicy my husband two English beef in a pie, which was very nice as well. All in all, we were happy with our day although the weather was not ideal.”

“Same as all travel lodges. Budget night away in a good location. Parking opposite good for one night, no charge during night time hours so Carries your money over into next day if you stay overnight. But you will need to park at the station if staying more than 14 hours.”

“On arrival the host greeted us which was lovley this apartment is beautiful spacious and spotless its got all you need from pizza cutter to hair dryers and much more. The jacuzzi bath a real bonus. “Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”
