“We had a great stay at the Ibis Budget. For a budget hotel, the rooms were great, with good bathrooms. Lovely bar area. Good food and drink. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location for everything we wanted to do. The Moor car park is a little bit of a walk with luggage but we brought the car to the back of the hotel which made it easy. Thanks to all the team.”

“I had a truly delightful experience staying at premier inn (Angel Street). Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Store has a very good range of products filor it's size and conventional for local / everyday items. Parking can be restrictive at times and on-road parking is challenging. I like the fact that the store offers a Amazon drop-off.”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights while we visited family as we have come from the Lake District and we could not have asked for a better experience! The receptionist was very smiley and welcomed us with nothing but a positive attitude! On the second night we had a little issue with the key card but a new receptionist was very helpful and sorted the issue within no time. We were absolutely delighted with the room, very clean! We will definitely be coming by again.”

“Great value for the money on private rooms. Booked here with a short notice (I believe 4 days) and managed to grab a private room for a few days. Staff was really helpful on the first day, facilities are in good condition and the places is well kept and clean. Options in the kitchen for food were plenty and it was always between decent and clean. No rotten food in the fridge!!! I swear it's the first time I find a fridge without rotten food. Not even in the office where there is always someone's pizza from the previous week. Props on that to the staff and guests. My only complaint with my room was that I could hear other guests walking and cooking all the time. So a bit uncomfortable if you are sleeping extra early and have a light sleep. Location can be a bit inconvenient depending on where you want to go and how much you like a steep hill for an entrance. But Sheffield is all about those hills, so that'd be an issue with the city as a whole.”

“A very warm welcome a beautiful traditional pub. Very friendly staff. The waitress a breath of fresh air. And the food was traditional good cooked and presented lovely a set menu is available at a very good price. We had soup pates fish, and my husband hasn't stopped talking about his pie, and braising steak and home made desserts apple crumble and steamed puddings, absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return. Thank you”

“We organised a group booking for our Curry Club at The Station Hotel, Parkgate. What an amazing night. The quality of the food was exceptional, fantastic value for money and lots of variety. “Only stayed 1 night whilst passing through and got a great price for a bed in a 6 bed dorm. Rooms and facilities were very clean and the shower was nice and hot with decent pressure. By far though, the best part of the whole experience was the wonderful, friendly staff and the incredible breakfast they cooked!”

“Having moved to Penistone in the last few months, I needed to find a new pharmacy, which isn't something I was looking forward to (I've mostly had stressful experiences with pharmacies elsewhere when it comes to getting my monthly medication, prescribed for a long-term health condition). They've gone above and beyond in dealing with some of the admin I find hard to do, they've kept in regular contact, they've made helpful suggestions, they've saved me money... and they've done it all with compassion and friendliness! “Excellent location for access to trams, taxi, public transport. Great staff and apartment, clean, comfortable, modern, lovely shower. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Had no parking issues with permit. Visiting from Canada to family so very easy to travel from here to different locations around the area. Some noise from trams but if you want convenience for shopping, eating out, take away, bars, etc this place is great. Trams stop at midnight. Used earplugs for sleeping and had no issues at all. Thanks to all staff for making our trip so easy. We will definitely be back.”

“This is my 4th visit to the Premier. Always the friendliest greeting. Jill was on reception & I must say she is a credit to the Hotel, with her warm smile and welcoming conversation, nothing is too much trouble for her, also this was the 1st time i have had breakfast. We had the all you can eat continental. Porridge was lovely as was the pancakes. We were looked after by the lovely Bernie, who again couldn't have looked after us more. Another credit to the hotel. Definitely the only place I'll stay when visiting Doncaster.”
