βI went to see Dr Anderson yesterday. I was in a bit of a state and has given up all hope. I felt my life was over at 50 years old. As soon as Dr Anderson met me she was full of genuine empathy. She gave me the medical care I need. And has told me I will get better. As soon as I'm stable she said she will hand me to NHS care . But no I'm staying with Dr Anderson. Adele xxβ

βMilehouse Medical Practice is the best in town. Dr. Omar and Dr. Hussain standing out for their exceptional care. Dr. Omar listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and makes every visit comfortable. Dr. Hussain expertise and experience is second to none. Together, they make a great team. Highly recommend!β
βWeβve been dealing with Rob who has helped us with several travel vaccinations. He is so nice & approachable, Rob has answered any questions weβve had and made us feel at ease whenever weβve been in. Thanks Rob!β
βRowley Hall hospital is a beautiful old building. Clean tidy nice calm atmosphere. This is also a private hospital, for choices, as it does see NHS patients also. I would request this hospital to others.β
βCannot say enough about nursing care for my beloved wife in her final weeksβ
βI've been going here for the last 4 or so years, the service is friendly, the atmosphere welcoming! Always nice to pop over to pick up my perscriptions.β
βMy psychiatrist Dr. Tremblay is a brilliant psychiatrist she is very sympathetic and understanding I have been under her care for about 20 years with bi-polar disorder. She gets straight to the point and is a very good listener. I would recommend her as a professional psychiatrist to people who have had mental breakdowns and bipolar.β
βFantastic , excellent and wonderful, I am short of words when it comes to thanking Telford maternity unit , The first thing I would like to share is a how great my midwife Charlotte and Adele were , they were like two angels who looked after me and my baby ,two of the most wonderful human beings they both had such am empathy , determination ans dedication towards their work which makes makes them the most special persons in my motherhood journey, Secondly when you hear you had a delivery the first thing you hear is β oh I am a mother I lost my sanity β but I can proudly say Telford hospital maintained my dignity as a woman . Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.β

βLeek is a great town, and offers a more relaxed approach shopping that retail parks don't have, with an even greater choice of shops and cafes for you to visit. On this visit we went into the local library, and what a really nice surprise it gave us. Not only is the building a fantastic example of architecture long forgotten, but it also housed some great little surprises. It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see.β
βIβve read many of the reviews of the Ashcombe Centre, and I can understand why some people have felt let down. My main takeaway, though, is that mental health services in this area are severely underfunded and not sufficiently supported to meet the growing demand. My own interactions with the Ashcombe Centre didnβt get off to the best start. I often felt like the ball in a China vs South Korea Olympic Mixed Doubles Ping Pong Final β bounced rapidly between GP, Crisis Team, CMHT, Adult ADHD, back to Crisis, and so on. It was an impressive rally, but I eventually landed in the CMHT side of the court. Mental health is a profoundly complex area of medicine, and I completely understand that I wasnβt an easy case to assess or support. But after being under the CMHT for several weeks now, I honestly canβt praise them enough. The professionals Iβve worked with have shown exceptional warmth, empathy, understanding, effort, and professionalism. What makes that even more impressive is the reality that theyβre working under immense pressure, with limited resources and overwhelming caseloads. Despite that, they still manage to treat people with care, respect, and genuine humanity. Itβs clear they go above and beyond what the system allows them to do. For anyone finding themselves frustrated while engaging with services, my advice would be: try to see the people behind the process. Theyβre not the enemy β theyβre fighting an uphill battle within an underfunded system, and your openness, honesty, and patience can make a real difference in how effectively they can help you. I feel genuinely fortunate to have been placed with clinicians who have the experience and insight to unpick a complex mix of co-morbid factors and help me feel truly understoodβ
βUsing Google maps to get here on foot, was an absolute mare. It sent me here, there & everywhere. The walk was estimated to take 14 minutes. I'm no novice when it comes to walking, but following google, it took me almost an hour. Never again, I'll go the longer, but easier way thank you. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, as it was my first visit to register, as I'm new to the area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, open & spacious the place is. The staff are extremely helpful, and advised me well, they gave me a clipboard to lean on. They are really informative & friendly, Jeanette was the lady who dealt with my enquiry, she was great. And explained the process of registering step by step. Even gave me directions to get back, that were a 1000% easier than Google maps.β
