βWe rented Rosehill for a multigen family weekend with 11 adults and 9 children and cannot recommend it highly enough. The grounds are beautiful, there is ample to keep children (and adults!) entertained, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We hired a private chef -Roots and Wings -for a Saturday adult dinner, also highly recommended. Overall, perfect for our needs.β
βHad a lovely comfortable stay. We were in the coach house very clean bed comfortable but could do with a lick of paint & some attention to the Bathroom. Breakfast was lovely fresh & very filling. The Staff upon arrival & through out our stay were Brilliant! Excellent customer service so friendly. We will be back.β
βAmazing stay in the most beautiful little place. We loved having a little home from home out in the countryside. Would highly recommend!β
βReally nice and clean place. Stayed 2 nights and everything was thereβ
βOutstanding food. Piping hot, freshly cooked, excellent quality and great value. Will definitely be back.β
βEnjoyed our stay there. Will visit again in the future to see relatives. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Dogs enjoyed walking at the river side green at the end of the roadβ
βA lovely little site situated in the Staffordshire countryside. We've had a really relaxing and peaceful weekend here. Communication from the owner was brilliant. Electric hook up and water to the pitch. Toilet facilities were basic but spotless. If you needed it there was a shed with a fridge and washing up facilities. We will definitely book again and recommend to friends.β
βFirst time we visited it and it's a lovely little club and made as feel very welcome and friendlyβ
βGood value and close proximity for a trip to Alton Towers. Restaurant has just been renovated and was very nice. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Surprisingly quiet considering how close you were to services. Restaurant Staff were excellent. Very attentive and friendly.β
βI booked a room for family members, and they had a lovely stay. The team at this premier inn were brilliant, very helpful and really pleasant. The room its self looked old and tired, but it was very clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but itβs not open yet, so we booked breakfast in the pub opposite, which was very nice.β
βAbsolutely stunning facilities, always clean, Gym is brilliant everything you need, and the servixe is fantastic always made to feel welcome and there is means to what the staff would do to help whilst there, would strongly recommend to anyoneβ
βVery nice food & Excellent service ! Starters were so nice, had no room for our main meals. Which isn't a bad thing... Will most definitely be going backβ
βWhat a lovely place to stay! So, so pleased with our rooms - my daughter and my dad thought exactly the same. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed and slept so comfortably. Lovely staff and excellent affordable prices. The restaurant attached was brilliant - a whole range of lovely meals available again all at amazingly good prices. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a nice outside part where we could also sit. I simply could not recommend this place enough.β
βWe had a lovely stay at the Hart over the weekend. Recently modernised, high quality room, super comfortable bed, very nice bar area and Christmas decorations. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money, we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely come again!β
βThe hotel is in a good location, if you don't mind a walk into town. Amy on reception is amazing, she is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!β
βI have travelled to plenty of Premier Inns before. I met the receptionist Mary, a very warm and welcoming lady who made the visit quite pleasant, she is a star! I would recommend a makeover for the rooms. It sure is located in an ideal placeβ
βI only stayed for one night and I was unfortunately trying to sleep in the annex, room number 40. The connecting doors between each of the rooms should be bricked up to ensure some sense of security and safety for anyone staying. This would also block out the noise experienced from the persons next door. I experienced very little sleep due to the people in the next room who would not shut up all night, music, talking very loudly, notifications ringing out very loudly on their phones and one of them who regularly went outside to smoke would cough and cough very loudly and wretch and spit through out the night. The hotel I accept is very old some of the profit from the hotel should be used to fix it up it is in great need of it. I heard on multiple occasions customers complain that their bed was broken and they had paid a great deal of money. On a positive side the staff are wonderful they deserve better surroundings to do their job. Anyone in the hotel business would snap them up. They are very nice people. The chef is excellent and has a beautiful soul. The owner needs to wake up and see what wonderful staff he/she has and start putting the profits back into the business before the building falls down around him/her. Thank you for the kindness shown to me by the staff they are very professional and deserve better.β
βWe had a wonderful stay for our 3 days retreat. The food was really good and the accommodation very comfortable. Good jobβ
βGreat local friendly B&B. Rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were great. The stairs up to room 3 and 4 are quite steep and narrow in parts so avoid those rooms if that's a problem for you. Recommended place to stay.β
βLovely experience, the hostess is extremely kind and welcoming. The room is very cosy and the bed was super comfortable! Both the room and the bathroom were super clean and well taken care of. The hostess also provides a binder with all the information you could ever need, along with recommended walks, restaurants, and take out!β
βWe were looking for a base for visits to Alton Towers and Chester Zoo and this was perfect. The whole family adored the place. Lovely, clean and spacious. The back garden was a real bonus (I think only one cottage has a garden from what I could see so Iβd recommend booking that one if you can). Thereβs a gas BBQ and chiminea in the garden, which we made use of. The wi-fi connection was very poor. There were occasions when we were watching Netflix on the TV when it simply wouldnβt connect. We had the same issue trying to connect iPads and phones. Even when they did connect, the signal was on one bar. We ended up using mobile data and creating hotspots for the kids to connect to. Not ideal and not really a problem. Certainly not something Iβd mark the place down for as it was brilliant and the owners were lovely. Highly recommended!β
βJust lovely B&B. Great facilities lovely rooms and friendly owner. Probably the best B&B I've stayed in in the UK.β
βBeautiful cottage Clean Hosts are very warm and friendly Will definitely be returningβ
βIts a beautifully kept property, fantastic facilities, and an absolutely stunning kitchen! The outside space is fantastic and the beds are so comfy! Absolutely wonderful place to stay ahead of my wedding and I would definitely return! Loved finding all the wood carvings of cute little mice!! The hosts are kind and caring and so easy to talk to! We did drive passed the initial sign for the entrance which wasn't as visible as I'd expected but good directions are given by the host so it was an easy fix.β
βWonderful. Truly a home from home. Thank you Isabel for making sure we wanted for nothing during our stay, even lighting the log burner so that it was cosy for our arrival. I couldn't get the Netflix to work but there were a good stock of DVD's, jigsaws, games etc to entertain. Every fitting and fixture seemed carefully chosen for comfort and style. Such a lovely place to stayβ
βWe couldn't have wished for a more comfortable, agreeable and Covid-safe stay.β
βGreat accomodation, amazing scneryβ
βLovely nursery and lovely staff couldnβt recommend enough.β
βCame back here after coming 5 years ago with our youngest son and now our daughter. , we stayed here to go to Alton Towers , lovely place , warm welcome , cosy cottage , left milk and biscuits , parking right outside , great view told about local places .β
