The meal was inexpensive but rich in flavour and taste. There is no car park on site but you can park (for £1 in the evening) opposite the entrance to Spode .”

For dessert I had the walnut sponge with syrup and vanilla ice-cream, and my wife had the orange sponge with syrup and vanilla ice-cream, with deserts were excellent.
