“Very intimate venue with a classic decor. Generous portion sizes and great flavours, absolutely wholesome food. Starters - goat cheese parcel and king scallops were fantastic. The thermidor sauce on the scallops was a highlight. Mains - steak dolceletta and lamb ragu raviolini. Both fantastic and loved the homemade pasta. Steak had some very complimentary blue cheese. Desserts - were both not really dessert people due to poor quality in restaurants but these were lovely, I had the pavlova and it was massive but still light. If we had to critique, the service felt a little rushed and the ambience was affected by the music that was dicey/dated Would go again 4 alcoholic drinks 2 starters 2 mains 2 desserts 1 side £115”

“i’m a regular here and they have never failed me, food is 10/10. Always go for the smash burger meal with chicken loaded fries and never failed me. Service is always good and love that they always open till late. I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but these guys deserve all 5 stars.”

“Absolutely a hidden gem. Found by accident. Fantastic little place. Food such good quality and flavour. There are a few tables if you want to sit in which we did first time. Chilli mango prawns mouthwatering taste. Hot kicking chicken wings and seasoned fries too. Also churros after with salted caramel dip. We been 4 times now including one delivery (all packaged in recyclable containers). Always same quality and taste. Lovely cheerful staff as well . Highly recommend 10/10”

Despite it being solely a takeaway, the gentleman behind the counter kindly offered me a seat, making me feel instantly welcome. His enthusiasm for the food were infectious. “My 17 year old son finished work at 10.55pm tonight and popped to Tom Li to get a takeaway on his way home. Unfortunately he walked out leaving his wallet on the chair containing his whole week’s wages. Before he had even got home in a taxi Tom Li had turned up at my house in Solihull, after finding his driving license in his wallet, and returned it to him with absolutely everything in there! An absolutely lovely man and so nice to see there’s good honest people out there. Thank you!”

“I came here last week with a few friends and I have to say this place is a hidden gem. 1st time here and I was blown away by the food, service and dining experience. The food was bursting with so much flavour, being from a Bangladeshi background I am very particular about my curries and have high standards and can say they delivered. The waiter knew the menu and recommended some dishes for us. We ordered a king prawn garlic Jhinga, lamb bengal naga (absolutely delicious) and chicken sag special. Make sure yiu have the signature rice that was something different and went really well with the curries. Overall excellent service and food at a very high standard. Will definitely be coming here again.”
