“It seems, in reading the rush of recent reviews and some past reviews that club staff are under pressure to get positive reviews for the club. I am sympathetic to this cause, many of the staff are friendly are regularly seen to be doing their best - as such, 5 stars. The mark of a lasting business in customer service is one that will learn from its shortcomings and actively listen to, and act on feedback from customers AND staff. I understand that a business needs money to operate, and I understand that raising member prices is often done reluctantly and by necessity. As other reviewers have mentioned, some things that a set of your members value have been taken away, business decisions that are necessary for continued operation may need better communication with your longstanding members. Consider offering a newsletter or some other practice in relation to club direction and the snagging list. I visit to relax, remove the some of the weight of the world and improve myself. Recently, every time I visit there is something wrong. Many of the machines I was looking to use out of action, the steam room - out of action or overcrowded. I keep to myself, but the changing rooms and steam room / sauna constantly have longstanding members complaining to other members about deteriorating facilities, removal of features (or staff), increase in prices and looking favourably at competing locations who will beat on price. Hard to switch off when this conversation is rampant, and they aren't wrong, I stay out of it, but I see more and more people swing this way as time goes on. The pool is massively valued among customers and of course with such an asset the business is going to leverage it to try and make money where possible, but the penny pinching adds up. Staff are clearly doing their best with what they are given, but sometimes it feels like they are between a rock and a hard place. 5* remains for now, I do hope that while management make the decisions they need to, that they find some way to communicate that with their customers on the direction of the club. Radio silence and stretching things thin is going to go one way. Hopefully the new members these reviews are desperate to encourage will allow the club to reinvest for the benefit of all members..”

“Mikael and yulia are very enthusiastic and positive every day. Both run really good classes and are always around to help with technique or equipment! Highly recommend this gym, things are constantly improving - equipment is being changed, new equipment, new spin bikes. I know some reviews are harsh but it is the best gym in the area. “Good, friendly, welcoming gym. PLENTY of parking, have to input registration in the computer there during ‘quiet’ hours. Decently equipped, plenty of time during the day when it’s quiet to avoid the crowds. Absolutely 100% non-judgmental gym, lots of knowledgeable and helpful gym members and staff. Well recommended to anyone.”

“Honestly, I had such an amazing experience with Becca, during my visit to Nuffield Twickenham. She was super friendly and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. She gave me a full and thorough tour of the gym and explained everything without making me feel overwhelmed or awkward. You can tell she actually cares and loves what she does. She was so encouraging and hyped me up the whole time, which made me even more excited to get started. The gym itself is clean and well organised. I left feeling very motivated and confident to get started xx”

“I like that everything is under one roof, I can gym, swim, do classes and use the steam room all for a reasonable price. Off peak is good value. I travel 2 to 3 months a year, I like that I am able to suspend my membership while I am away (for £5.00 per month). Staff are a quite young, they would benefit from a little customer care training such as acknowledging you as you leave, being more present in the gym.”

“The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a best place you can go to! Very highly recommend!”
