“Needed a second key and for it to be programmed for my car. Telephone last week and was told yes, they could do it. I had been quoted £160 to £198 from different companies. I was pleasently shocked when they quoted £102 inc VAT. Dropped the car off, waiting room with customer loo available, and took myself off for a walk. Returned after an hour and car and key were ready. Friendly and professional and wouldn't recommend anyone else.”

He fixed an iphone screen for me in 30 minutes and also managed to fix an ipad which had the charging cable snapped off inside the charging port. He keeps you up to date with progress and has a proper workshop facility at the back of the store where your devices are worked on and kept dust free. Apple charging cables a plenty and a good price, would highly recommend.”

“Absolute excellent service from Darren at Timpson’s in Heswall. I have tried both over the Wirral and down south to have a spare key cut and programmed for my Renault Kadjar. Nobody has had the correct software and if they have they haven’t been able to carry out the procedure correctly. Of course I could’ve gone to the retailers but it would’ve crossed over double the price. Darren at Timpson’s Heswall sorted my key out straight away. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
