“I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.”

“Top tradesman! Phoned Nathan up on the strength of his Google reviews and he didn't disappoint. We discussed my small job (moving a radiator) over a phone call. I sent him a few photos over WhatsApp, he sent me a fair quote over the same day and we arranged a day for him to do the job. Nathan arrived at the arranged time and promptly got on with the job. He is a very friendly guy but doesn't hang about wasting your time, he is very efficient in his work. He did a great job and was very neat and tidy, we were very impressed with his professionalism. “My previous heating engineer recommended Met Gas for a new boiler installation as he no longer did those himself. We have been exceptionally pleased throughout the while process. Mike came to explain the options for the boiler and how to deal with the failure of the previous system to adequately warm a large north facing room. The estimate was fine, so we went ahead. The whole team - George who did the pre-installation hot flush, Alan who did the installation of the boiler and the two new radiators and Mark who came out to complete some pipe boxing in - did excellent jobs. We were very impressed with how neatly they worked and especially the re-laying of the carpets after the new radiators were fitted. George and Alan also did a couple of very small jobs - tap valve replacement and notifying someone to pick up the old metal work, and a small bit of pointing - within their time with us. The system is working well and the room needing extra heat is now very comfortable, so well done all and thanks.”

His 5 star reviews are totally genuine- I was more than happy with Chris’s efficiency over WhatsApp, would respond late at night and was very efficient on the day of repairs and a boiler service. He worked efficiently, explained what needed doing, and completed everything to a high standard. The work wasn’t straightforward, but he handled it professionally and everything has been running perfectly since. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the quoted price included VAT upfront, just for clarity. Overall, really happy with the work and would use Craig again.”

“We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. “I had a very bad leak with water pouring through the ceiling in the early hours of Sunday morning and no electric. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbers. The first two I contacted didn’t answer but it was third time lucky as Arjan answered. He arrived so quickly and turned the water off immediately. He was courteous, kind, understanding and incredibly respectful. After only a few hours of sleep he came back on the Sunday morning (even though he had plans with his family), identified the problem and rectified it accordingly. Jason was calm on the phone and talked neighbour through isolating and diagnosing the source of the leak - with phone photos. He made sure I had access to cold water until he arrived at 9.00 the following morning.
