“I purchased a cricut from this store last week. Took it home and it wouldn't connect. Upon returning the item to the store, it appeared there was a fault batch. The manager Dave and his colleague Hayley were so helpful and understanding that I was lent the store machine until my new one arrived. A week later, I had a call to say the new batch was in stock, excited to collect my new machine I headed down to bently bridge. However, same issue the machine didnt work. Meg who served me was amazing and went through every single machine only to find the who batch was faulty apart from one machine the whole process was stressful and time consuming however, the staff demonstrated amazing customer service skills and I have left a happy customer. Thank you team”

I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer’s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark. The other dress worked perfectly for its purpose and I left feeling confident and reassured! Thank you!”
