“Had a Root canal last week and i have got to say ive had the best experience ever, Mo is amazing at what he does, When i had the root canal both Mo and his assistant was so helpful in making the experience enjoyable, playing some music in the background was the best touch ever (took my mind off what was going on). Didnt have any pain with it, no infection around the tooth. Today ive had the cap of the root canal fitted and i couldnt be more happier with the way it looks. “First class service from James, Chloe and the team at James Price! I'd taken my 2015 VW Golf GTD to a local garage when the ECS warning light came on recently and they had it for nearly a week. They'd advised me that the fault codes indicated that one of the glow plugs had failed so I said that they should proceed to replace all 4. They eventually advised me after chasing them that the plugs were seized and eventually asked me to collect the car as they didn't have to specialist tools to remove them. They said the fault codes indicated was cleared and that I should take the car to We Buy Anycar and get rid of it that weekend before the code reappeared. The car has always been maintained / serviced at 9000 miles intervals from new and I wasn't satisfied with this. I went to Johnson VW Solihull main dealership where I purchased the car and they advised that they send their cars to James Price Garage.when there are issues such as seized glow plugs. I duly contacted them via email and Chloe quickly responded, providing me with up front pricing and an explanation of what needed to be done. I booked the car in and on the day it was dropped off Chloe kept me appraised of developments. I was advised that the other garage had done some serious damage to the 4 glow plugs, threading 2 of them, taking the head off one with the final one half out. In the end it cost me £1250 to have the glow plugs changed (strip down of the cylinder head), a Terraclean and DPF service. When I drove the car upon completion (it has 125k on the clock) it runs like brand new. I've booked the car at James Price (early November) for a full service, DSG service, Cam belt & water pump replacement and a Stage 1 remap. It'll cost another circa £2k but the car is mint and will hopefully last another 100k miles (fingers crossed) as I use it as my weekly motorway mileage muncher! Chloe looked after me while I waited on the day, there was non-stop Nespresso coffee, I had the opportunity to chat to James while he was doing the work and we had a great chat. Great garage and well worth the trip over from Solihull to Walsall. Thanks all and keep up the good work!”

“Mo has been fantastic the entire time my car has been at his garage. My clutch completely failed mid driving, I called the garage and he was happy for the car to be towed over to him as soon as possible. Despite having so many other customers, he really kept me in the loop and worked on my car every day and educated me on what he was doing. I’ve had a total revamp on my car, a new clutch, wing mirror, brake pads, engine oil, brake fluid, a leak fix and all of this including labour cost me a very reasonable price considering the time, effort and work Mo and his guys have all put in to ensure my car passes the MOT they ran and that it was safe to drive again. Thank you Mo, for not just my car but being extremely thorough with keeping me updated and explaining everything and most of all respecting women! Definitely recommend, and will be coming back (hopefully not too soon though!)”

Fortunately the lady that was hosting was able to find us a very nice one in the window with a short waiting time; despite it being a busy Friday night and Valentine's Day so we were very happy with that. All staff were working very hard and were polite but Alex from behind the bar stood out in his service and how he looked after us for our time there. He gladly corrected a mistake that I had made when ordering a bottle of wine and dealt with it very swiftly and professionally. As one FOH staff member myself I would definitely say that he is a credit to not only Nando's but customer service and hospitality in general. We were very pleased with our visit and how attentative he in particular was with our needs, especially whilst having the patience listening to my awkward dessert order at a busy bar. Also on top of the excellent service the food was absolutely lovely and we both very much enjoyed it, we will definitely be looking forward to dining here again soon.”
