The latte was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — easily one of the finest coffees I’ve had in a while. The croissant was fresh, buttery, and paired beautifully with the drink. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!”

“We visited on Sunday evening with our children, we had such a lovely experience and delicious food. There was a few items missing from the meals we wanted but our waitress sorted it straight away and the substitutes didn't affect the taste of the food at all. A special thank you to niamh for making our experience lovely, she was attentive and helpful, especially for catching our family photo.”

“We popped in Thursday 11th September after seeing a video on TikTok and it did not disappoint. We got there around 12pm, right in the middle of the rush, but it didn’t affect the service at all. The staff were all smiles, really friendly, and our food came out quicker than expected considering how busy it was. The place had such a nice atmosphere lots of people chatting, laughing and just enjoying themselves. We also grabbed a few bits to take home for the family. We’ll definitely be back.”

“We haven't dined here for over 2 yrs as last time was a bad experience.... but glad we went back today ( 10/10/25). The food was out of this world. The service was exceptional, we even asked if they could cook us some plain noodles and they obliged with no problems. We even ordered a birthday cake surprise for my wife. We arrived around 4pm and had a good 2 hrs in there. The seafood selection was fantastic and the other dishes were lovely. English / Chinese / Indian and pizza. The tepinyaki station looked like nobody was available but we asked the question and they were there within a minute. We will definitely be going again soon.”

“Went to the gatehouse yesterday with the family for the first time since the reopening and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Me and the family got a mix of the new menu and the Christmas menu and it was amazing and cooked beautifully. “We had a takeaway delivery from here, it was our first time ordering and definitely not the last, the food here is amazing. We’ve tried kebabs, quesadillas chicken spring rolls and the fries. No complaints whatsoever. The kebab meat is thinly sliced which is a huge plus for me, so juicy and tasty.”

Being in the middle of the centre the atmosphere was a bit noisy as expected but it is warm and has natural light like you are sat outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. “Lovely food, very generous portion sizes the soft noodles could easily stretch to 2 people I ordered it for my little ones and it there was plenty to share between them, the curry had plenty of flavour and so did the sweet and sour, chicken balls had a good balance of chicken and batter unlike some places where their all batter and hardly any chicken inside definitely will order again from here .”
