The staff were incredibly fantastic (bonus points to the two who managed to catch the Pygmy kid who had injured its ear on the fence!) and the animals even more so. Huge thanks to everyone there for making it the amazing day that it was! Highly recommend for anyone/families with members who love to not just see, but interact with the animals as well! “Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”
