“By far the best Branch such a lovely staff and so so helpful. Last time my order was taken by a lady and she was superb. This time my order was taken by Mr Ghaffar. He was such a great help. I had a particular dietary requirement and I didn’t mention at the time of order when I went to the branch I told him and he went above and beyond he literally made me a fresh pizza to cater my food requirements. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much . I would like his names to be highlighted because these kind of customer services aren’t always available at many places.”

“Always fresh, hot, lovely food. The pizza is not too thin, packed full with meat and veggies. Chicken pieces etc are always freshly prepared as well. Very friendly and nice staff. Just had my garlic bread again, soo delicious. My boys love their milkshakes as well. The whole place is very clean, neat and tidy.”

“Never ordered from here before so today was my first time. I ordered the Tower Burger meal and 5pc chicken strips. The order arrived within 40mins (ordered at 7.15pm on a Saturday evening). Arrived at 7.55pm. The burger was excellent, a nice smokey taste on the patty and 3 huge chunks of BBQ chicken, a slice of cheese and BBQ sauce (my choice). Came with fries and a can of coke. The Tower burger really was a meal, very tasty and very filling. Cannot recommend this place enough, will deffo order again.”

“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. Thank you again, Dylan. You truly made a difference.”
