“I used Google reviews to find this gem of a restaurant. The food was amazing; great portions and everything was so flavoursome. We shared Arancini balls to start. The best I've ever had. Not too big and very tasty. My friend had the chicken dish of the day and despite loving it, she couldn't finish it. What a beautiful plate of food; the chicken was so moist. I chose the smoked fish risotto and regretted it not. Just perfect! If this restaurant was in my home town of Edinburgh I'd be recommending it to all my friends and family.”

“I almost did not end up going to this place because of some of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I ended up going. We had the Space - 6 course tasting menu, and by course 4, I was FULL! The menu was absolutely delicious and interesting to say the least, and I can't believe the price for this experience. All 4 of us enjoyed it and I can't wait to go back to try another menu. It was lovely, and the staff were great too.”

“Purchased a kitchen and utility room from Kutchenhaus Aberdeen and from design to completion, the service received has been excellent . Richard helped bring our vision into reality and had some really innovative and practical ideas . Communication from Richard and Helene has been excellent throughout . The quality of units and price also very good. Very impressed with post completion assistance , when we had a burst pipe , long after installation (nothing to do with Kutchenhaus) . Helene and Richard went above and beyond helping the insurance company and ensuring our kitchen was restored properly . Highly recommend.”

“This is one of the best restaurants in Aberdeen. Located by the pier and beach, the ocean views are lovely. Staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and professional. The wine and drinks selections are excellent, with something for everyone. The star of the show, though, is the delicious and inventive food. I had the halibut, which was fresh and delicious, and served with baby potatoes and runner beans in a remarkably delicious sauce. My husband had the hake, perfectly cooked, with fennel salad, garlic mash, and this amazing roasted pureed garlic with basil oil. Delicious! We shared the sticky toffee pudding and misogyny caramel sauce with ice cream that was so indulgent and such an inventive take on the ubiquitous dessert. A perfect meal!”

“Wee gem of a place. I like that's it's a cafe and bar/restaurant combined, the decor fits both styles very well. Really well decorated and a lovely atmosphere. Exceptionally friendly staff! We had a caramel latte with almond milk & a chai with almond milk, plus a slice of carrot cake & a nutella croissant. The cakes were absolutely delicious and a big mug for the drinks which was great! Really well priced as well. Will be back to try their cocktails and dinner menu sometime. Would highly recommend!”
