βSome of the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Very friendly owner and boy can he cook a pie. Excellence flavor combinations and perfect crust. Highly highly recommend! And try the garlic sauce, phenomenal.β
βVery nice cosy cafe, The food is amazing there so much to choose from! Highly recommend a Chicken Bursa and Turkish rice:) Staff are so friendly and welcoming canβt wait to go back!!:)β
βOut of the fever dream that was the Book of Mormon at HMT we were thrust into the fire of Aberdeen past 10 pm on a Thursday. A Rare sight? The locals stumbling past Drummonds were not. Belmont Chipper, the famed Belmont St Kebabs? The usual offering of late night eateries was not cutting the mustard. βfoodβ - the google maps search of the desperate. Five Guys? Chopstix? Monsoona? What could this possibly be? A short walk away and we entered what could only be described as an oasis to the inhospitable desert of Union Street. A Desi paradise of popadoms and paneer. We had a tasty veggie selection, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the music had us screwing in notional lightbulbs, 10/10.β
βAbsolutely love the food, keep getting the burgers as they taste amazing. Really quick and friendly service. I heard the chilli is amazing but have yet to try it. Great place.β
βThe sushi arrived well packed and in good shape. They were nicely placed in the boxes. There was enough soy sauce and wasabi as well as ginger in the boxes. They were very tasty. I loved each and everyone one of them. I didnβt really love the sushi which had spicy mayo on them, I felt like the mayo was slightly overpowering but it was edible and I still enjoyed it. Sushi were filled well and had right proportions of all products in my opinion. The price is good.β
βWeβre from Dubai and have tried many Arabic restaurants, but this one in Aberdeen truly stands outβnot just for the delicious food, but for the outstanding service as well. A special thanks to Ibrahim and Avee for their warm hospitality and excellent service, we also clicked a pic of with them. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.β
βThis was my second visit to Aberdeen and also my second time at Cafe Harmony. Itβs a place where you truly feel at home. The food is both high in quality and generous in quantity, the atmosphere is cozy and tranquil, and the service from the manager and team is exceptional. I ordered the mushroom risotto and calamari, and both were fantastic. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable. If you ever visit Aberdeen, donβt miss out on Cafe Harmonyβhighly recommended!β
βWhat a cracking wee place!!! Awesome food, fab service just lacking atmosphere a bit. Seated on time, full menu explained to us along with the specials but we had decided before we got there!!! Only complaint was the type of burger bun, the lid pretty much disintegrated when we put into it, meaning that the filling was allmlvet the place and not so much a burger anymore. We'll be back for sure!!!β
βThe welcome was warm and frendly. We orderd Peking Soup. Vulcano chicken, honey chilly chicken, fried rice noodles and vegatable. Everything fullfils our wishes. We ordered spicy food and it was good.β
βAmazing scones! Delightful independent cafe. I had a fruit scone and my friend had banana and caramel. Lovely texture and flavour. Staff knowledgable about their menu and really helpful. Spotlessly clean too. Time to make this a regular spot!β
βCame here with my boyfriend and can vouch it was a 10/10. A homely feel with the tastiest food! Ravioli was unreal. A must visit if in Aberdeen!β
βBest calzone in Scotland easily. Absolutely banging sauce and always stuffed to the gunnels with fillings. Always fresh, always tasty and always a filling meal. 100% the best pizza place in Aberdeen.β
βI went to get a buttery and a panini to takeaway and had a lovely chat with the ladies working there its a really nice environment and the food tastes amazingβ
βOur favourite Chinese take away, in the world. :-) Been going there for over 20 year's never had a bad meal once. Family run business ,Charlie remembers all their customer's. This year though they had a change of chef, oh oh! Sounds worrying ? Nope they have made the best even better ! Always busy not the fastest but the best is always worth the wait we always say. They don't do deliveries which is a plus as you get the food at its very best when you leave and not half an hour later from a driver who gets lost getting to you. Alway liked their Chicken pineapple. But with their new chef love it 10 out of 10 guys 5 star cya soon :-)β
βIβm from India and came to Aberdeen for office work. After trying several restaurants around the city, I can say that 8848 Restaurant is the best so far! Their Veg Thali and other dishes are absolutely delicious β full of authentic flavors and great variety. I also tried Travancore, but honestly, all the dishes there tasted very similar, which was a bit disappointing. If you're in Aberdeen and craving Indian food, I highly recommend 8848 for a satisfying and tasty experience!β
βOur family meal to celebrate my son Max's 18th birthday was excellently executed by Marco and the fantastic team at Via Roma.β
ββοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ We booked Carron to Mumbai in Stonehaven on the day for a large family group of 12, including grandparents and a 6-month-old baby, after a funeral. From start to finish, the team couldnβt have been more accommodating. Drinks were topped up promptly, and the service was attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The menu offered all the well-loved classics alongside some really interesting dishes I hadnβt seen before. We shared pakoras, bhajis, poppadoms, dips, and sizzling meats to start, and I had the Karahi Chicken for my mainβabsolutely delicious. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The food was excellent, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt effortless despite us being a big group. Couldnβt recommend more highly!β
βDifficult to fault. We came here on a personal recommendation, and I'm struggling to find a reason for going to another Indian restaurant nearby. A wide selection of standard and non standard dishes was a good start, as was listing the starters as vegetarian, and non-vegetarian! We all had mains only, and remarked on the presentation, quality and freshness of the food. Friendly service and good valueβ
βJust got home from Echt Tandoori and as always it was worth the trip out from Aberdeen! Food is always tremendous, the service and attention to detail is stunning and I've already got my next meal there planned. Staff bend over backwards to be helpful. A firm favourite!β
βAbsolutely excellent food. Really good choice, beautifully cooked and presented. Staff are lovely too. Clean, comfortable restaurant, well looked after and nicely decorated. Would love to go back but live 600 miles away!!β
βBeen going to it since the 1990's and still the same excellent food and attentive service from friendly staff.β
βWe stopped here as part of an Aberdeen food week tour. I hadn't even noticed the place before. We had the tacos and some other tasters, they were absolutely delicious! Not things I would have chosen myself, but totally will do next time. The staff were really nice, I will be back very soon.β
βFood is great and served quickly. Guy at the front is always very niceβ
βBeautiful fresh scones, pancakes and cakes. Chose scone to go with coffee and scone was still warm from the oven while coffee was piping hot. Staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Very reasonable prices I thought. Definitely going back.β
βWonderful!! Was in Aberdeen for a visit Saturday night, the reviews seemed the best so I decided to try a Special Fried Rice. The best Chinese I've had in a long time and very reasonably priced for the area. Wish I lived closer.β
βBy far the best place in Aberdeen for butcher meat and very friendly staff. Reasonly they have moved but still make the effort to go down and purchase a burger from them.β
