“Used these guys for the first time last week to have a DSG gearbox and a Haldex service on my Golf R. Both Stephen and his colleague were friendly and approachable. They have the knowledge and you know you are not dealing with “Cowboys”. Enquiry made in Thursday, car taken in on Friday morning and ready by lunchtime. Picked the car up and it had seat covered, flooring mat, steering wheel and gear leaver covers.. A very professional approach. Being picky i asked for a photo of the Haldex gauze filter to be taken when it was being cleaned, before i even finished my sentence the boys were telling me they do that as part of their service anyway and named the premium oils i was hoping for.. cannot be faulted and will 100% be back for any work i need on any of my vehicles.. He sourced a part for me from elsewhere when Kia didn't have any and had it sorted so quickly and for a more than fair price. Would highly recommend!”

“Found this garage through who can fix my car after buying an absolute lemon of a car from a well known dealer in mallusk who washed their hands of the car Firstly these guys are brilliant can fit you in quickly and easy paid. First repair was a set of front shocks as the dealer I got the car from sent the car out with the front end bouncing all over the place and refused to work on it under wear and tear these guys were the cheapest and had the car back on the same day. When collecting the car the mechanic showed me the old part and it was completely shot Second repair was a stuck calliper again cheapest and extremely quick turnaround. When I bought my car the injector went 7 days into ownership and repaired under warranty but due to the workmanship of the supplying dealer they refitted the injector bolt rather than replace as recommended by Skoda and the injector worked itself loose dealer washed their hands of it and refused so phoned valley autos in a complete panic thinking it would be a new head required and the mechanic on the phone was very confident and priced the work up considerably cheaper and was sure he could get the broken bolt out. They sorted out the recovery and had the car in on Friday and the car was ready by Saturday even though they aren’t officially open they got it out and replaced the bolt without having to remove the head or retap threads all for under 200 pounds including the recovery from my house. The service I have received by these guys is absolutely outstanding I have saved so much money fixing this car by using valley autos and the repairs are done correctly the first time. I have recommended some people who have also had work done and were also happy with the service. Thanks”

“Had a problem with the roof on my vw beetle convertible and Volkswagen themselves said that they couldn't help me. I'd already taken the car to two mechanics but they couldn't help with it either. Luckily I was recommended Brookfield and when I phoned they seemed confident they could fix it. Left the car with Seamus who sorted it all out for me (took just over a week as it was a tricky job and parts needed sourced). The price was more than reasonable and they did indeed manage to fix my roof!! Absolutely delighted with the results and against all the odds i now have a fully working convertible again! 5 stars!!
