“The place is always busy which says a lot. It’s bijou and quirky. The staff are lovely - just folk trying to do honest work to make a living. The food is really flavoursome, the fish always meaty & fresh. There’s a wide choice in the menu with plenty of sides or small starters / you decide. They’re not licensed but you can byob & there’s a corkage charge dependant on wine/spirits/beer. They will provide glassware. The place is always warm and it’s homely & intimate. Recommended without a doubt.”

“My friend said it’s a must, so I gave it a shot. Arrived there on fumes, a bit hangry. Generally speaking, I don’t even like Pho that much. The welcome staff was absolutely lovely. Pho itself? Absolutely mind blown! Clearest broth I’ve ever seem, yet the most flavorful and fragrant I’ve ever come across. Definitely 10/10. Note: prepare yourself some cash, card/contactless not accepted here.”

“Went for Sunday dinner with my father, the menu covered all bases, had the set 3 course menu,and was reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed immensely, will bring him again as he found it easy to manoeuvre his wheel chair and found the atmosphere relaxed.”

Didn't have a booking & it was busy as, nevertheless, the staff welcomed us in, found us a table, & we had the most stunning meal that we've had in a long time. “Brilliant Sunday lunch at a fair price in good surroundings. Only small issue is possible more training for the staff. They could be a bit more helpful, I asked about the menu unable to answer. Asked for the bill and I ended up have to go and get it myself . But other than the staff a great meal and I would return in the future hopeful staff will have a little bit more training.”

“I can’t get over how good this place is. We wanted a change from the city centre and went on a very sunny April day to Hatch. We were quick to be served and were able to sit outside. The interior of the cafe is fab and the service also great. Lovely people working there and very prompt service. Nice vibe also with people of all ages. My partner and I both got a Coffee and breakfast wrap. These were amazing, the breakfast wrap being difficult to finish it was so packed. We were also given the choice of which meat we wanted which was a nice touch ! We will be back to Hatch and the amazing Falls Road !!”

“Excellent flavour on the Chicken, nice char from being cooked on open flames. Rice and peas is delicious as well, sweet, creamy and spicy. One portion of rice is enough to feed a family of 4 mind you! Overall great - would have liked one more piece of chicken and less rice could have done.”
