“I booked this place and was hoodwinked into thinking that that place was your own space.....my guests had no heating, no basic essentials and the place was unhygienic so much so cockroaches where over the place.....they double booked the one of the rooms I was told it was a cupboard too......I am highly disappointed in this. It was their first time in Belfast.........they did not have kettle and basic essentials in their room. Bugs ie, roaches and other things are there and broken mirrors and mould in the bathroom”

“This is a cheap and cheerful spot, great location and very reasonably priced, and extremely clean and recently renovated. The room I was in was large and comfortable. Bed was huge. Bathroom was fine, shower was excellent. There are no bedside lockers to put things which is a shame, but plenty of power points, including USB sockets, and tea and coffee making facilities. This place has hotel-like rooms, despite the name, but the setup is like serviced apartments, so you have to show ID and give a card for a deposit (hold only - use a credit card to avoid locking up cash until the bank releases the hold). Would definitely be back.”

“Based on some of the reviews we weren't expecting much, but it was such a pleasant surprise. I don't know what went wrong when some others had problems checking in, getting the code for the doors etc because it all went smooth for us. The room was clean and tidy, there were towels provided for the private bathroom. There was a kitchen and common area as well. One thing to mention though... After we got all the texts regarding check in + codes to the house and room, we got another text on WhatsApp asking to enter my card-details again, even though I had already paid. I ignored the message because it felt a bit shady. Apparently it wasn't necessary since nothing happened. Just a heads up. Otherwise great value for money.”
