“I chose to stay here vs. a Premier Inn & I was so pleased I did!! Such lovely hosts, Avril & Terry. So friendly & welcoming. Granted the Inn is slightly dated but I like that, why does everything have to be so modern? It's beautifully quirky & my bed had its own postcode. So comfortable! Well needed after a long day travelling & working. The small touches of the alcohol fridge in the shared sitting room was lovely, along with the small extra touches such as a generous amount of teabags/sugar & milk in the room. Views are also beautiful. Such a lovely quiet, relaxing location. Would love to see it in the summer! The only down side was the power of the shower but that's not a major issue for me.”
“Great service, wonderful restaurants and bars, excellent location, and nice rooms. We stayed for a few nights and took advantage of all the restaurants and bars and we're very pleased. The staff is very professional and well presented. The room.we had was large and comfortable if a bit garish with the English Baroque decor. The bathroom was amazing - large, warm, and full of amenities. The breakfast in the Great Room restaurant was very nice. Dinner in Bert's Jazz Bar was great. Afternoon tea on our last day was our first proper English tea and, to our surprise, we were quite full at the end. The staff there were particularly warm and friendly and always met every need with a positive attitude. You may want to ask for a room away from Skipper Street as there is an outdoor bar that plays music well into the wee hours.”
“I have stayed here many times and it has always been great. For the price you pay and the proximity to the city centre it’s hard to beat. Loving the added addition of the bar/restaurant downstairs. Staff are super friendly and helpful. will definitely return”
“The best Indian food I have ever had, outside of India itself. Cuisine leans to the northern India style, and is to die for. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended the tandoori chicken wings, and the tandoori chicken main. Lamb tikka was also excellent. I'll be back for sure, any time that I'm in Belfast!”
“Donna and her husband we're Lovely, nothing was too much h trouble. Our room was super clean with the usual tea coffee hot chocolate, and biscuits. The bathroom was spotless with complementary washing ,showering and towels ect .And the breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of things to choose from .5 stars no problem .”
“Great stay at Cordia apartments. Convenient location with a bus stop very close outside which takes you directly to the city centre. Basic straightforward accommodation at a reasonable price. Varnika and Nadine were really helpful and very responsive to any queries. Very impressed by the service.”
“Had a family meal and was out of this world . Chicken noddle soup to start and and chicken stack for main . 10/10. Kids meals perfect also . Our server (Caroline) went over and above to look after us as my wife is very fussy and always finds something to point out and Caroline took all on board and sorted it out perfectly. I would highly recommend this palce”
“I didn't stay, just called in to see a friend play. The food looks amazing and the staff are all lovely”
“Great wee site. I will definitely come back. Stunning walks. Site is clean but the toilet blocks need updating. Toilet and showers need more attention with cleanliness. The carpark at entrance is full of travellers, not that it bothers me as they are no trouble. It's just annoying that we pay for a site and they dont but use the facilities. Door code to Toilet block not working right either. These are reported on but no action taken.”
“We spend the weekend at the Culloden. The beautiful energy starts when you enter, the garden is beautiful, looked after with great care, and lovely statues that make a difference. The Hotel itself it's stunning, piano during lunch, before dinner... we have dinner at the Vespers restaurant, lovely, good food, staff attentive and kind. After dinner if you book a table at the bar, is a nice vibe to enjoy a good live music. We went to the gym and I can say it's a really really nice gym, well equipped, the pool , sauna and all the staff around there are kind. I truly recommend the experience there.”
“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susie”
“I have just returned home from a lovely nights stay at Somerton House. Its a lovely house, lots of character and charm. Our room was faultless, spotlessly clean (as is the rest of the house) plenty of clean towels, comfortable bed and warm. The family who run the house are very nice and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely too, plenty to choose from. The food was very nice and served piping hot and clearly made fresh to order. I would definitely stay at Somerton house again and certainly recommend to others.”
“Great value for money. Location very central and bus stop nearby to the airport. Everything that was needed was in the room. Was a single traveller and very safe, excellent security and locks on rooms. Would stay again.”

“We were so lucky to come upon these cottages while traveling in Northern Ireland. These cottages are in a beautiful setting and the owners were wonderful and very accomadating.”
“Wow what a find ! As a regular visitor to Belfast, I won’t be looking anywhere else. A lovely location with a comfortable clean room coupled with an excellent breakfast to start the day! Thank you Tim for your hospitality!”
“Don't judge a book by its cover...this really matches with this accomodation! You wouldn't believe how neat, clean and tidy this B&B is just by seeing the house from outside. Karen is a very friendly host and gives you a warm welcome. You get any piece of information you need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom equals those in a five-star-hotel. The breakfast is made of high quality products. We can recommend this place!”
“I would come back to Belfast just to stay at the Barge. Beautiful spot on the water. Quiet, and yet everything is close by. Home away from home. We loved our stay.”
“This was maybe my twenty-fifth stay in the Donegal Thatched Cottages on Cruit Island. I've always stayed in cottage number two, or when there were fourteen of us in numbers one and two. Wonderful! The cottages are clean, roomy, comfortable, well-furnished. And the view is spectacular! Out your front windows at the Atlantic, with Horn Head on the left. Out your back living room and kitchen windows at the Atlantic, the huge beach, and off in the distance a beautiful view of Errigal mountain. The beach is immense, and if you turn to the north at the island's cemetery and go to the beach, just out beyond the little island, when the tide is out, there are thousands of cockles waiting to be picked. On the far end of the island there's a golf course. A wonderful, wonderful place.”
“The hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. She served the BEST full Irish breakfast and the room was clean. We received helpful suggestions for our itinerary and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10.”
“We stayed at Four Acres Farm yesterday (05/04/23) and we had the best time. The location is breathtaking, private and having the lake right the door was beautiful. The weather wasn’t really on our side, storm Kathleen was trying her best to blow us into the lake. But the shepherds huts are so warm and Cosy with a log burner and it all adds to the experience. Outside there is a wood stove Hottub, big enough for two people and sitting in there even in the wind and watching over the lake was a real treat. Kyle is the perfect host, very communicative, send you all the info you need to know in the morning and welcomed us to come over earlier than the 3pm check in. Just wish we lived closer to take advantage of the offer. There is a lovely little mini kitchen and bathroom to the back of the hut, and it was spotless. Kyle even lit our Hottub for us so it would be ready when we arrived. We will definitely be back again and would hand on heart recommend anyone to stay.”
“Very delicious food but waiting for your order about more than half an hour but it was worth”
“Beautiful b&b, rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed linen was super fresh.the beds were very comfortable. We had to leave super early and we were pleasantly surprised when john had made us breakfast sandwiches to go. Excellent b&b would highly recommend for a very enjoyable stay.”
“Hargreaves House, hosted by Pauline and Ambrose, is an absolutely perfect place to stay while investigating the wonders of Northern Ireland. Looking out at the Bay of Bangor, the house is nestled on a quiet one-way street frequented by joggers. The room was cozy and comfortable with everything you could need. It's a short train ride to Belfast, thus avoiding parking hassles. Drive the coast and explore castles, the picturesque villages, and still be back before dark. Pauline and Ambrose are the kindest, most genuine ambassadors of Northern Ireland. Their recommendation for the Black Cab tour of the troubles with Mark could not have been more spot on. He was exceptional! Their pub and restaurant recommendations took away so much guesswork and were outstanding. Breakfast was lavish with fresh squeezed juices, homemade marmalade, and the best of a traditional Irish breakfast. At the end of the first day on our two night stay, my wife got her clothes and coat muddy when she slipped investigating Torr Head. Pauline and Ambrose went above and beyond to have them laundered for us while lending my wife a sweater to use in Belfast. Hospitality, kindness, and comfort make Hargreaves House second to none.”
“Great location easy to find , easy to get to ferry terminal.”
“Stayed here a couple of nights with my wife and our 5-year old daughter. Very charming place in a quiet setting, with nice rooms. But the host, Louise, is the one who made our short stay memorable. She's a genuinely lovely person who makes you feel very welcome. We were a wee bit late checking out, but Louise made no mention of it and didn't make us rush or anything. In fact, she chatted with us for quite a bit even once we had checked out and showed us the room in the converted attic which can accommodate 5-6 people. Absolutely our go-to accommodation the next time we're planning a holiday to any nearby area.”
“Stunning views across the countryside to Belfast. A lovely warm welcome. A lovely place to stay :)”
