“Went here for the Sunday sharing roast board and it was delicious. We went for the rump board and the lamb board. I personally wouldn’t choose lamb but this one definitely trumped the rump. Between us we had the mushroom starter it was full of flavour, the chicken wings had loads of meat and the vegetable tarts which initially wouldn’t have been something I would have went for it was super tasty. Every waiter and waitress were very attentive, friendly and provided five star service, fantastic service.”

“I don’t come to Northern Ireland very often but when I do I always park in Lisburn. My colleagues recommended The Cardan and I must say I have not been disappointed. The food is absolutely amazing, well cooked and excellently presented. From the moment I walk in I am made to feel welcome. Something you don’t get from a lot of places. If I was to recommend anywhere to eat and drink it would be The Cardan. Fantastic place to meet, eat and drink. Thank you to all the management and staff for making this an ideal venue.”

“A group of 12 had a Christmas feed here. Service was great and the food was so good. We all got the sharing platter which was sensational. Everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The ribs and chicken wings are fantastic. Great value for the amount of food you get. All washed down with beers and cocktails. You have to try the platter!!!”

Tonight, we’ve gone for Orange Duck with Fried Rice, BBQ Ribs, Special Fried Rice, Salted Chilli Chicken with Fried Rice, Veggie Spring Rolls, Beef Chow Mein, and King Prawn with Veggies. A perfect treat for a Tuesday night! The food always arrives hot, and the delivery guy is super friendly. - - - We absolutely loved the food! Everything was amazing. We ordered the duck with pancakes, ribs, and a few other dishes, and every single one was a hit with everyone at home. The staff were so friendly too. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Great staff, very friendly. Very reasonably priced. I tried here on the way back from the airport on a Monday night in June 2025 as my usual Chinese and two others I've used before always close on a Monday. I've driven past so many times on the way to Tesco and Benson Street car park yet never tried it until today. I got my usual, chicken curry with half boiled rice and half chips. The curry was lovely. The chicken pieces were much bigger than my usual Chinese. Chips and rice were spot on. I really enjoyed this Chinese and wouldn't hesitate to return again soon. Highly recommended!”

“Popped in yesterday on a Saturday morning with Carol my wife for brunch. We were not disappointed. I had Pig Pancakes and Carol had Apple Crumble , both were amazing , the black pudding scotch egg was the best scotch egg I've had in a long time. It was a complete surprise for her and the staff helped achieve the illusion and making her feel special. We can’t thank the staff enough for all their efforts in helping make the day run smoothly, help with decorating and in making sure all our guests were welcomed. “Excellent gluten free experience. Informed staff started with what I'd picked from the menu and worked though what could be modified or other items on the menu that could be a better option. Ended up going with a GF version of the Houston burger. The GF sesame bun was toasted and was excellent compared to many gf breads. Similarly, the shoestring onions were made gf and had a great taste and crunch.”
