“Woke up with an almost flat tyre, and drove to First Stop with no appointment or even a phone call. They offered repair or replace, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was charged only £22 in total, and think both the service and value were excellent. There is also free tea/coffee in the waiting area, with a donation bucket, for a very worthy local charity, so if you like beverages, and good causes, it may be worth having small change.”

“The people who work here have been wonderful helping overcome procedures with changing personal plates to a different car early this year and then today when I have had problems with a tyre: things I have no experience or confidence to deal with. In a time that’s not very good of having to get your car repaired especially as I bought it a few weeks ago they were so friendly helpful and told me how great my car was. “A big thank you to these guys. My self converted Peugeot boxer campervan gearbox was noisy and getting worse. Turns out the bearings was broken and gears was worn and close to seizing. It my home as I live it. They got me in straight away while I booked two nights in a local travelodge. (I only need one) gearbox was completely stripped and rebuilt with a new clutch. Omg what a difference it has made. It’s like a van. So much quieter I didn’t realise how bad it was. I dropped the van off Monday morning expecting it would be ready by Wednesday. Nice surprise to find it was ready on Tuesday afternoon. So pleased. Thank you guys you made me feel so welcome would definitely recommend”
