“Amazing quality products. Fast delivery and great customer service. I ordered primed skirting boards, but when they arrived, skirting boards appeared not primed. I contacted customer service and was informed that only one side is primed, which was the case. All I had to do was unwrap and look at other side. I was also explained that skirting boards are shipped with the bad side up to prevent any damage to the primed side. Definitely ordering again as the amount I bought was only enough for the ground floor. Highly recommend!”

They always send them quickly, the quality is excellent (sometimes better than other bullion/tool suppliers who are perhaps more well known- and they have tools that often are cheaper than them as well). There's also some tools that I haven't been able to find elsewhere too. One of which I have used for years and years and must have been one of their own designs. It's absolutely invaluable to me. As a silversmith tutor for a local University, I actually suggest this company to my students to find some tools because of the price and quality.”

“I live in south east Northumberland and I’ve used this company three times now. They have a comprehensive web site where multi-purchases are on offer alongside single-purchase options. From ordering online to delivery has never been more than three days. I’m aware that DPD have their naysayers but I haven’t had a pick of bother with them as couriers. Communication from them is good and informative re delivery times. The products from Viss (which are all in my loft) are excellent products. When you first use a company online there’s always a tendency to wonder about what might/can go wrong but Viss have been spot-on. The merchandise is very good quality. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Five stars.”
