After ordering a multi tool online I called in store to collect unfortunately my order hadn’t filtered through to the store & as I was desperate to get on, I bought the tool again in store . The staff were great & said I’d get a refund on my original online order which may take a couple of days to process . “Efficient store to shop with. Parking right outside, store big enough to have a choice of items but not enough to be overwhelmed, size means you don't need to spend 4 minutes walking from end . Normally a choice between well known brand and wicks own and prices generally lower than other stores. Sometimes items can be a bit dusty due to the aggregates they stock and staff will happily point you in the direction of items you can't find”

“Bought door sill from Love Skirting as they were the only ones I could find that stocked the exact size and profile I needed. LS have a vast array of sizes! Price was very good although with postage, it came out to what I would expect if I bought on the high street (if I could find what I needed). Door sill arrived quickly and well packed. I was impressed by the finish and quality - it was nice and straight too! They say it is unfinished on the lower surface but it only needed a light sand by hand. The wood was so good that it was a shame to paint it. All in all, a great experience and a quality product.”
