The 2nd time I used click & collect and again excellent service and my order was ready when I arrived. On my experience found them 1st rate and good prices.”

“It was straight forlward to join, easy to order online. The only issue had was the collection address was for the branch in Poole instead of Birmingham...... Nothing a quick phone call couldn't solve. Plenty of parking spaces there when I went to Collect, my order was ready on a trolley. All it left me to do was check it over and pack it in the car.....”

After a call to say they had arrived we went down and made our choice. When asked how quick they could get them they said the next day. I ordered a custom loft access hatch from them and in first contact Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging dispatch so it would arrive when we were back from holiday. When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling.
