No sign of any assistants initially while l was browsing but Claire came over running (literally) when l called her for help with selection and sizes. This shop didn't have what l needed but Claire was also knowledgeable about other local Shoezones and the kind of stock they currently held in terms of what l was looking for. The whole process was so smooth and straightforward. You simply scan your code at the self-service point, and within a few minutes my parcel was brought out to me. No queues, no waiting around, and no confusion it just worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was how efficient and organised the whole setup felt. Sometimes click and collect can be a bit of a hassle at other stores, with long waits or staff who don’t seem to know where your order has gone. But here, it was quick, simple, and stress-free. The staff were polite and friendly too, which always makes the experience nicer. It’s such a convenient service, especially when you don’t have time to browse the store or wait in long checkout lines. I’ll definitely be using it again in the future, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a fast, easy way to pick up their order without the fuss. Really pleased with the service.”
