It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. Their system recognises your place in the queue and the receptionist calls you back. When I couldn't have access to phone during the day they listened and ensured I was offered after 5pm appointments. Dr's are helpful, nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Much better than my last GP practice that my husband is still with.”

“Just used this garage for the first time and I've got to say I'm very impressed. I've had the NOX Sensor replaced on my BMW. I've been messed about so much by a different mechanic I had nearly given up!!! Johnny is a great bloke. The mechanics are good lads as well. Very happy with the work in fact I'm going to use them to replace my suspension which needs doing. Spoke to Johnny about this today. Got a good price too and the work comes with a warranty. I've just read some of the reviews on here with people moaning about labour costs. It's a business not a charity. I use garages because I want a professional job done. That comes at a cost. “They have all been amazing the drs are great and very helpful and actually listen. I understand the complaints about a receptionist that works there but there is a big workload put on her and i can understand sometimes why she is stressed and short tempered but as a front of house member of staff she needs to learn to hide it and not tutt and make sarcastic facial and hand expressions when people are stood at the reception while she's on the phone. just go and shout it out the back door rather than be rude to clients on the phine and at the desk. Shes helpful but very short with people and not friendly even when you are super polite. This shouldn't detract from the good work the drs and other staff do though. I was reluctant to join this practice when i read all the reviews and because of the location but im so glad i did because they are really getting stuff done for me and i am a very complex case that just made my previous drs have a melt and down and just tell me he just didn't know what to do with me. So give them a try it wj be worth it for the treatment you get”
