Had a crash with a barrier during the horrible snow we got and I was out to work as I am a keyworker. The quality of the repair is absolutely impeccable! The car looks like new! The turnover time was good, communication was good, I cannot fault anything. Iulia was always updating me regarding the work or the deadline and the rest of the guys there are true professionals. I would totally recommend them for any repairs, minor or major, because of the quality and the decent/realistic prices they charge for the work (BMW quoted me nearly double to have it repaired). I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust. Thank you Steve and Bearwood Kwik Fit is my go-to garage from now on and many of my friends too.”

“I visited Halfords, Selly Oak on Friday 21st November at around 3pm. I had travelled up to Birmingham the night before from Dorset (3.5 hours) with no heating in my car. After advice from my garage at home I went to Halfords to buy coolant as on checking, the tank was empty. I was helped firstly by a lovely gentleman on the customer service desk, who identified the correct coolant for my car and promptly went off to find it for me. He asked another member of staff to come and check that I was safely opening the tank and putting the coolant into the correct level. All this was done with kindness and thoughtfulness, no judgement and with just the right amount of humour to lighten a stressful day. Thank you to the two members of staff, I'm sorry I didn't get your names, but you really put a smile on my face and made the journey home much easier, especially as I now had heating!!.”
