When my lock broke on my upvc door as the hadn't got the actual lock in stock they lent me a temporary lock until the correct lock was delivered .. they also mended part of the latch mechanism free of charge which had come adrift. Despite it being solely a takeaway, the gentleman behind the counter kindly offered me a seat, making me feel instantly welcome. His enthusiasm for the food were infectious. He warmheartedly explained every dish that interested me, making many suggestions based on my preferences. It was clear he genuinely wanted me to have the best experience.
