“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. “I do not get my nails done very often, but they listened and did an excellent job. The Gentlemen there also tried to explain to the Lady next to me that her real nails were going to basically rot because of water ingress, and many many acrylics, and that she should have them taken off, but she didn’t take any notice, or maybe didn’t want to, and was very rude about it. But he did his bit. Which shows a duty of care over money, which says a lot in my opinion. Thanks again.”

“Went on Saturday with my severe needle phobia (long history) daughter who desperately wanted her belly button pierced. We’ve been somewhere else where it was a no go. Called The Maxx after hearing good things about them. Popped in at told to do, Wow (I think it was Tash) was amazing, so understanding, patient and caring, talked and explained everything to my daughter, told her we’ll go your speed when your ready, it took 3 attempts but she did it, my daughter was crying with joy. “Wow wow wow!! Seriously impressed. I have some good Chinese food in my time. Staying in bromsgrove at the Hanbury turn pub/lodge. Not much going on around this area food wise. I call a couple Chinese takeaways (Monday evening) one was closed, one didn’t deliver that night they said. 3rd time lucky I guess., they said would be with me in 40-50 mins. It turned up between 10-15 minutes after I put the phone down. I Had special chow mein, peking ribs and Cantonese sweet and sour chicken. Came with prawn crackers and 3 fortune cookies. All of it was lovely and cost £24. Would highly recommend, I can’t even give one slight faults. Have to give this a 9.5 out of ten”
