“I had my lashes done here and they lasted SO long. I was told all the info I needed and the lash tech even matched my lashes to my old set i had from back home, these lasted me 3 weeks (and still hanging on on the fourth week) through my next three weeks of travelling even going through saunas and partying. “I was on the look out for a certain style engagement ring last year. I have worked in the Birmingham jewellery quarter for many years and was expecting to visit and look around there. By chan e on a day off I visited City Jewellers and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Chris. She asked what I had in mind and I explained the specific style I was hoping to find. I was offered a seat and Chris went to find something that matched my requirements. I never expected to find 'the one' that day. But I did. It was the first ring I saw. I just knew it was perfect. I had it resized and was told a few weeks, but it was available early. I asked if they would hold onto it for me due to my plans to propose being further away, and they did. Amazing service. “I hadn’t used this place for years, I decided to grab my partner and myself a chow mien on Monday night. Me being a fussy so and so requested no prawns in my mixed chow mien. Sadly when I got home I unfortunately had prawns in my dish, at the time it was very disappointed but I called back and requested it was replaced. It was not convenient to replace at the time but two nights later I called and the lovely member of staff honoured her promise and replaced my meal. My partner had a veg chow mien, I had a mixed meat chow mien with curry sauce and we were both very impressed. When in Lichfield I would certainly use again!”

With hair by Ali, they are all equally as talented as each other, so you don't mind who you get. I have always had a great cut & shave. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
