“I came across this reclamation yard after trying several others which had proven successful in the past. I’m so glad that I came across this particular one and Paul the lovely owner was amazing! They have such a wide variety of products. Ranging from blue/bullnose bricks, lots of bricks from 18th/19th century homes, original fireplaces with all the tiles intact, some stunning chimney tops a long with a lot more. P.s. the nicest dog on site too! It’s 16 miles away from me but I would be more than happy to drive all the way back. Lovely products and great service :)”

The wood I brought was much cheaper than I expected. Even better, one of the lads gave me an off-cut from a panel board. “Cannock Kitchens Ltd Review We looked at a few companies for a new kitchen. The trouble with getting a few quotes is that you must compare like for like, and not all companies are of equal quality. You don’t replace your kitchen very often, so it is very important that you get the best quality for your money. We are very impressed with the quality of Cannock Kitchen units. They are solid construction with very good quality hinges and draw runners, the better the quality to start with the longer they will last. We chose the unit design and colour which was relatively easy, from the great range in the showroom but fitting it all into our space was the tricky bit. Jason and Tim did a great job in designing and were very accommodating when we changed our minds (a few times!), but you must get it so it feels right. The computer-generated images were very helpful and very accurate to the finished job. We chose to have quartz worktops made by Intamarble, a local company used frequently by Cannock Kitchens. They made a template of the kitchen and made the finished worktops in the factory in Hednesford before perfectly fitting them. The kitchen fitter was Alex, who did a brilliant job to a very high standard. There were a few inevitable hiccups along the way but were quickly resolved between the team in the office and Alex. The Electrician Lee, plumber Mark and plasterer Mitch did a great job arriving on time and worked well together to make the job flow minimising any delays. All in all, we are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Cannock Kitchens to anyone no matter how big or small the job is. Many thanks.”

The choice of slabs was extensive and the displays at the centre are perfect for seeing what is available and what everything looks like when actually laid. We went there because we had heard good things about them and were not disappointed. You get the help on all aspects, from product, to fitting and an array of all options that may be suitable. “I always do annual maintenance with Stewart and this time as well I was not disappointed. Service was top class and I had prior knowledge about part replacement from the customer care. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my boiler and what he needed to do to fix it. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions. Boiler is now very quieter and more efficient. Thanks”

Went to a different Aircon "specialist" and they "vacuum tested" it and just gassed it but a month later when it started getting warm outside and I could test the Aircon, it wasn't working. I came to this place instead and did a proper pressure test instead of a vacuum test and highlighted the issue almost immediately. Very good price as well so I can definitely recommend.”

They even came out to check before hand that the driver could access the property, when delivering the shed we ordered and also to check that the surface was properly level before laying the concrete shed. “It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. “Excellent service and top-quality materials Earlswood GLC is a great garden centre. As well as all the plants, garden tools and outdoor products you’d expect, their building materials are also excellent. I recently ordered everything I needed to remove and replace my garden fence – panels, concrete posts, tools and other materials – and it was all available in one place. Everything is made on site and the quality is the best I’ve seen. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I dealt with Steve from the team who was absolutely fantastic – helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I can’t recommend this garden centre enough.”

Had 3 fence panels replaced and now considering having the remaining panels replaced, such is the quality of the product and professionalism of fitters. Was concerned that planting near the fence may get damaged, however fitters were extremely careful and no plants were harmed. Also, removed old panels for a reasonable extra charge. He checked pressures, spark plugs cleaned the heat exchanger something never been done by British Gas. I’ve requested same engineer to do boiler service next year.
