We had scratched one of our handles badly on the fridge door with my partner's rings, and when I enquired about replacing it they sorted it out instantly. Talked me through the the cost of the repair, I asked about replacement boilers and cost and whether the repair would be worth it for the age/condition of boiler. I went down the repair route in the end, once the part had arrived Kyle was back out to fit it quickly, the work was clean and tidy, talked me through the fault in layman's terms, why it had occurred and answered my questions about what I can do to help prevent again in the future. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Andrew communicated brilliantly with regard to arrival times, identified the source of the leak immediately,, even though it was hidden and was able to sort it out quickly.
