“Afternoon tea as a birthday treat all arranged by my son who lives in Australia. A perfect afternoon for my sister (who was in on the treat) and myself. Good choice of sandwiches, savouries, and cakes. Very pretty crockery, as much tea as we wanted. The service was excellent. We bought some of the cake home as there was so much. We have been here before and will certainly go again. As an added extra, my son arranged for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered during our tea.”

“Fantastic Hong Kong style dishes, with a similar vibe to a cha chaan teng (but fancier). I had the macaroni with fried egg and luncheon meat in bone broth; HK style french toast with biscoff spread; and HK milk tea. I feel much more prepared to take on the cold winter now! Reasonable prices for the quantity and quality of food.”

“Top mark's for being open, after most other good coffee shops had closed. A notable mention also, for taking Amex, when many places do not (not judging, I get it, but, nice for me that Elio do). Burnt Basque Cheesecake, if you please. That's cool. Atmosphere is light, bright, and airy (and a bit noisy, like most big spaces are). And the coffee? Expertly poured, for sure. Good stuff. Edit: OMG, I've just devoured the cheesecake .... absolutely superb.”

What was meant to be a quick drink to pass the time turned into such a pleasant experience! The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. They even went the extra mile to check and accommodate our children's allergies when we ordered them some toast. We sat outside in the seating area, and the kids loved the fresh air! “I had a medium size breakfast but couldnt eat it all. It was beautiful. Large rashers of short back bacon 2 large sausages beans toms egg and fried bread. The staff were so pleasant. I only went there after good reviews from people I know. Oh large mug of tea!!”

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere shifted completely. The aroma of the coffee was intoxicating, and the cafe buzzed with a genuinely happy energy. I ordered a coffee, and Zeee, the coffee Maestro, asked how my day was going. When I mentioned I was stressed, she took the time to chat with me, giving me her full attention despite how busy they were. She then made me the most beautiful coffee with a little heart in the foam. It was such a small gesture, but it completely turned my day around. The coffee was fantastic, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Zee's kindness was the cherry on top. Hello Cafe is now officially my go-to spot. And their complimentary biscuits 10/10. Highly recommend it for a little boost on a tough day! And today again here for a coffee amazing fast service thank you”
