“This review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.”

Gym generally busy at usual peak times but relatively quiet otherwise. Although it is a mixed gender gym, I don't find this to be an issue, unless it is really busy. Would benefit from free lockers beings as the membership is just as high as other well equipped gyms.”

I feel calmer, less burdened, more confident & more in tune with my thoughts & thought processes. I began with a session roughly once a week & that gradually extended to once a fortnight. Now I visit once a month for "maintenance" & really look forward to my treatments. Initially I was quite nervous as I'd never had reiki before but Helen instantly put me at ease and spent time explaining how reiki works & what she would be doing during the session. I was actually blown away by my first experience! Before each session Helen takes the time to talk about how I am & how I have felt since the last treatment & after each session we discuss the experience. Helen is a very knowledgeable practitioner and has a relaxing and calm manner. The dwellness room is beautiful & peaceful & the treatment bed so comfortable! If you are considering trying reiki I would highly recommend Helen and the dwellness room.”
