“Great small friendly GP practise. 2 regular Dr's and a couple of others who have slots with a Nurse. Great receptionist Richard knowledgeable and friendly and the GPS go out of there way to explain diagnosis to you which is really helpful.”

“I can’t begin to fathom the state of some of these reviews. I think people are getting confused with issues that are the doctors surgery fault as opposed to the pharmacy. When the doctor prescribes you something and tells you it’s next door, how do people expect it to magically appear in the matter of minutes? How do people not comprehend that? Now that I’ve got that off my chest, all I can say is that I have been going to this pharmacist for the last 20 years, I have seen the staff get verbally abused over things that aren’t their fault or in their control yet they still stay professional and friendly and try to help as much as they can. They have a great selection of over the counter items that are organised well so you can quickly find where everything is. All the staff work so hard which I really appreciate, thank you to all for their hard work and as for those who leave such ridiculous and cruel reviews, I think you need to find something better to do with your time then moan about inevitable queues and the fact that your prescription isn’t ready at the drop of a hat. Keep up the good work lloyds team!”

“I very rarely write reviews but I must thank Kate the pharmacist and the kind gentleman assistant for going the extra mile to ensure that I received my prescription even though it had been wrongly sent to another pharmacist by my doctor. They were both very helpful and friendly. Kate spent time sorting out the doctors error and telephoning the other pharmacist so that I had my much needed medication.”
