“Chikaros Restaurant – A Flavour Explosion Like No Other! Chikaros completely blew me and my family away. From the moment we walked in, we was hit with the most mouth-watering aromas. We knew we was in for a treat — but we wasn’t prepared for just how incredible it would be. Every dish was a masterpiece. The flavours? Bold. Rich. Perfectly balanced. You could taste the passion in every bite. I honestly caught myself doing a little happy dance in my seat — it was that good. The wings? Unreal. Juicy, crispy, full of kick. The smash burger? Melt-in-your-mouth magic. I don’t even know how they got the chips that crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Witchcraft, maybe. And don’t get me started on the sauces — they should be bottled and sold worldwide. I’d dip everything in them if I could. Service was top-tier. Friendly, fast, and full of smiles. They made us feel like royalty without being overbearing. The vibe in the restaurant was energetic but chilled — perfect for catching up with mates or treating the family. Honestly, if you haven’t been to Chikaros yet, you’re missing out on one of the best food spots in town. I’m already planning my next visit. 10/10. Would eat again. And again. And again.”

“I came in last minute and filled a basket full of treats, yes sadly I was one of the those customers but I was desperate.. Well, at Checkout I was looked after by a lovely young lady Tina, and it’s primarily for her service I have left this review. Tina is a very pleasant and helpful young lady who deserves recognition, especially at the very end of her 10pm shift. She checked my items out, provided guidance on Vapes and encouraged my enrolment in the COOP card rewards scheme. Overall a nice experience thanks to Tina who manages finesse in friendliness, efficiency, knowledge and company policy/growth. Thanks Tina!”

“Used the Post Office here, as I don't like the one in Wollaston. Great friendly chap served me, made sure I had the service for my post which I wanted, as I was unsure. Did you know that the post office is open the same hours as the shop itself! Great for busy people and busy lives. Shall certainly be going back. Ps nice selection of goods especially the fresh bread too.”

“Great little shop. Plenty of parking and the staff are really friendly and had a constant smile on their face. The shelves were well stocked but when it came to the “meal deal area” this wasn’t as stocked as the rest of the shop but it’s a common issue with coop in general and not just this store. Would come back again.”

“My favourite co-op! Can be pricey on some items but I look out for the special offers they have on. I gave it 5 stars due to the lovely, hardworking staff they have in here - most notably, Sue who is always friendly, chatty and helpful along with Oscar and Elaine who are great also, not to mention quite a few other members of staff here. Store is always so clean and tidy also.”

“Co-Op is a corner shop where one can find a wide variety of products, not only food but also toys, flowers, medicine, and other essential items. I highly recommend it. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. This particular shop is located on Marsh Lane in Birmingham, but I have visited several other Co-Op shops, and they offer more or less the same products at very reasonable prices. I want to mention there is an option to send and receive parcels also.”
