“Very nice gentleman served me, ordered food for 5 people (3 kids 2 adults), the kids meals were a decent size for the price. Adult meals were very good value, burgers were excellent and the chips were good too, included a variety of dips in pots as well. Would visit again for sure.”

“We are a big family and didn’t want to have room cars apart so they ensured we had interconnecting rooms, upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist jack was lovely he made conversation straight away and made us feel so welcome, he went above and beyond with things we needed help with such as the cot he never made it feel like any thing was a problem! The rooms were very clean and big. And our children were happy they could see the animals from the window. Staff and other guests were lovely at the bar too. You will be seeing us again very soon”

“Always great service. Particularly comment for Kamal. We regularly visiton thursdays after swimming and Kamal always has a big smile and asks the girls how theyve got on. The chips are outstanding. Prices seem fair and reasonable same as portions! Extra batter bits always good! Youngest daughter wants F&C for her birthday meal!!! A side or seperate collection area for the delivery drivers would help the atmosphere and customer ordering area less crowded. Thanks!! 20+ year customer!!!”

“Went for my first time the other day. The servers were empty, but the lady was quick to explain all food is cooked to order to ensure quality and freshness. Which requires customers a 5minuet wait. I was happy to do this. The cod was actually cod and the chips were delicious tbh I couldn't fault the food or service and definitely would recommend this establishment”

“Tionne was such a wonderful waitress to have for our festive meal. With such a big party she was patient and accommodating. We did not have to wait long for service, she was quick and efficient in everything she did. She was very pleasant, service with a smile from beginning to end. “We visited the restaurant on a Monday evening. Michael was looking after us and was excellent, really helpful and accommodating as we had a pushchair. He was really attentive to all the diners. The food came out hot and pretty quick, just in time for finishing the salad!”
