“Just had a really excellent appt with the hygienist. While I’ve had six monthly dental checks I hadn’t gone for a deep clean in nearly two years, eeek, so I had a lot of build up. I expected it would hurt a lot but this was probably the least painful deep clean I’ve ever had! The hygienist has a friendly calm manner that I’m sure would be very reassuring if you’re nervous too.”

“Despite my parent’s dog being registered locally with another veterinary practice and me ringing during their opening hours expressing concern that the dog needed to be seen urgently, I was declined an appointment. I was left ringing round and Shepherd’s Vets came to the rescue with an Out of Hours appointment at home to sadly put to sleep their dog. The visiting vet and nurse were compassionate and caring and I can’t thank them enough for their support during what was a difficult and heartbreaking position. The only vets locally to do home visits and I will transferring my cats to their care to ensure I don’t have a repeat experience of being declined an appointment in a pets hour of need!”

To start with Dr Rajesh Handa did an amazing job on a root canal going the extra mile to save a tooth I thought was going to need an expensive implant. He was calm and reassuring. I Also saw Dr Audrija, who did a fantastic job on some bonding giving me a fuller smile. She’s very skilled and friendly. The hygienist was also very thorough and knowledgable. I would recommend this practice- from the reception staff to all the practitioners, everyone is lovely. For the first time going to the dentist has been a nice experience :) Kam”

I am forever grateful to have walked into the salon as the one I had just been top refused to do it!!! I was met with open arms and no judgement and will continue to now use this as my regular hairdressers as in the past I have no visited due to my mental health.
