“Spending a month touring France in our restored 1980 Morgan Plus 8. The starter began to misbehave and local garage said it needed to be replaced. They couldn't source one locally. I Whatsapped Michael at Powerlite and he gave me the contact details of a French agent. End result was a new unit delivered to our next hotel 48 hours after first enquiry. Hard to see how that could have been any better.”

After dragging around trying to find school shoes. Will be back next week without kids for a long lonely coffee and peaceful meditation haha. Would recommend this place to everyone. But hope they don't all go at once its so nice to find somewhere that's not commercialised and just like every other branch. A one off place that's a pleasure to visit with amazing cake!”

“Absolutely amazing, i bought a rolex from a goldsmith in Bullring, then went to Merry Hill , Rizwan is the best!!! Came in more unexpected walked out in 2 hours best service i have ever gotten. By far the best experience was the best with my friends with pure love and respect for those 2 hours, walked out with a rolex and a tudor, cant thank him enough for the hospitality. Diamond of a guy, he told me he only does week ends, merry hill goldsmiths are lucky to have him.”

“OMLETTES ARE HERE !!!! Low carb friendly x A real gem tucked away from everywhere, lots of car parking and lots of ventilation. It's getting rarer and rarer to find omlettes and thankfully they're here. It's carnivore/low carb friendly here and tasty.”

“Cannot thank Emma enough for her customer service at this store she was the most loveliest person I have ever met! After sending my engagement ring off to be fixed with the store I was unfortunately very upset with the outcome of my ring and the fix that had been done (not stores fault at all) I couldn’t hold back my tears but with Emma’s warm embrace she went above and beyond to help make me feel better and make sure I left the store happy. That being said Emma completely replaced my ring with a new one and on collection of my new ring I was completely surprised with a bunch a flowers from Emma to help me feel better after my experience the day before again I couldn’t hold my tears back but these ones were happy! “A small outlet in the Merry Hill with a comparatively limited choice however I do find they have what I want such as razor blades etc at the best prices. The wife's moisturiser was £4.65 here, Asda was £11.00! The staff are also more than friendly, what's not to like?”

“Both times I've visited Hobbs at Merry Hill, the team have been so helpful! I had to return a navy outfit because of a possible clash with the bride's mother's outfit (I'm mother of the groom), and Tricia suggested outfits I would not otherwise have considered. I had already bought navy shoes and a bag, so needed an outfit that would look right with these. I would NEVER have considered a pink outfit, but this is what I ended up with and it looks fab with the navy accessories. Just need to go back for the hat now :). Tricia was amazing and gave brilliant advice!”
