“Visited today to exchange some joggers. I couldn't find what I wanted. Lovely assistant Hannah was so helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in store so she ordered on line for me. Hannah was pleasant helpful and made my visit so much easier and satisfactory as I came out knowing I would be getting what I wanted. Thankyou Hannah”

“Visited the store today with my husband to buy a white shirt for a wedding which is Friday.we was approached by a lovely young lady who was so helpful trying to find us the right size checking every shirt possible and offering advice to try and get us what we needed.she was so professional and patient till eventually found him the right shirt,she made our shopping experience easy and less stressful,she is an asset to the store and especially as she was very young.her name was Elysia. “Cannot thank Emma enough for her customer service at this store she was the most loveliest person I have ever met! After sending my engagement ring off to be fixed with the store I was unfortunately very upset with the outcome of my ring and the fix that had been done (not stores fault at all) I couldn’t hold back my tears but with Emma’s warm embrace she went above and beyond to help make me feel better and make sure I left the store happy. That being said Emma completely replaced my ring with a new one and on collection of my new ring I was completely surprised with a bunch a flowers from Emma to help me feel better after my experience the day before again I couldn’t hold my tears back but these ones were happy!
