Nice independent spot and there’s a play area for children but I didn’t use it so I can’t comment on that. I liked that I was able to alter what I wanted in my panini as it was made fresh and I was able to choose out of a toastie, flatbread, bagel and panini. Priced at just under £17. Overall good experience.”

I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening. Everything collected in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. Thank you Adam!”

“I have just left the Kidderminster store, what a really great experience. I have an issue with my cycle, little or no knowledge and have spoken with a great chap. Edric was so helpful, knew what needed to be done and offered several options. He spent 20 minutes explaining these options to me and has organised the work to be completed and at the cost of twenty pounds! Fantastic customer service and when the opportunity arises I will certainly return and highly recommend him and the team there. Thank you. Richard.”

It was so nice to visit a traditional family owned pub & restaurant in the countryside which isnt a chain . The lady who served us was very friendly too.
