“Whilst I can see several negative reviews posted I can only comment on my own experience and I have to say the staff have always been polite and helpful. If a prescription is not ready for collection it is because they haven't received it but they always check so I'm not bounced around between the Doctor's surgery and the Pharmacy. It's my nearest Pharmacy so I use it quite often and have my flu and covid vaccination there annualy and always receive great efficient service.”

“I have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. It’s sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didn’t have to be forced to do so honestly. Keep up the good work Eve Hill.”

“Great staff Amey the pharmacist is always happy to give you any advice about your medication and any other products. All the staff are all friendly I have never had any problems with the way this pharmacy is run. It no longer co-op pharmacy the New name is Wells Chemist.”

“Joti went above and beyond for me, I had a yellow fever vaccine I needed to get for an emergency flight, and Joti calmed me down. Not only was she very professional but she explained all the things I needed to do, and arranged for the delivery of the said vaccine. I would highly recommend the pharmacy and their staff.”

“After being spoken to rudely by pharmacist at Lloyds on Birmingham Road (always a problem when I go there!) the pharmacist at boots went out of her way to sort out my sons prescription. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thanks”

“The new Front door system is so much easier than calling the practice and discovering you or 10 or 11 in the queue. I have filled in the form with a one off code on two occasions & got appointments that met my needs. My only concern is people who are not computer literate or able to succinctly articulate their symptoms/problem.”

“The Hingley Pharmacy next to Yardley Green medical centre has always gone above and beyond in helping. Haven't had godd experiences with the one over the road, and as it isn't marked on the map, one wonders if perhaps people are mixing the two places up with the negative reviews. Every single time we have needed to collect they've been cheerful, helpful, and efficient.”

“Today I visited Croft medical centre and was seen by Nurse Practitioner Nick, this was a really good experience and was reassured that I had finally spoken to someone who could sort out my medication, and give me the support that had been lacking previously. Well done Nick you were great!”

“I visited the optician side of this place for an eye appointment. I found the service to be very friendly and efficient, particularly from Adele, who performed my tests. I didn't use the pharmacy itself, so I can't really comment on that part of it. There is very easy parking either in the car park at the front, or the side road literally right by it, so no there's no extra stress with that.”

“Words could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. She kept me up to date every single step of the way, made me feel seen, understood and heard from a mile away, she helped me to feel empowered, and that my voice matters and I can fight for a diagnosis for my diaphyses despite being rejected else where! I’m so thankful that she’s part of our doctor’s surgery, she is an absolute credit to our practice.
