As someone who gets very nervous at the dentist after previous bad experiences I was dreading coming for a check up, but was made to feel at ease by Karen and Usma on arrival who were both super friendly and welcoming (also very much appreciated the reminder call from Karen the day before). “Such a great 5 week Baby Sensory class with Charlie for only £15!! So much thought is put into the themes each week and loads of effort put in to set up the room with different sensory activities. A really safe and calm space to take your little one and have a cuppa and a chat. Got a lovely keep sake and a bag of sensory toys and books at the end to take home! Charlie even used my baby's handprints to make a birthday card for my husband - so thoughtful. Can't recommend enough! The cluster also has a coat swap and donation bin where you can size up when your little one grows out of their coat.”

“I love the fact that St Lukes has these drop in services where you can get bloods done and get x ray done as a walk in clinic. I just dont like the parking issue as I have small kids and it's hard for me to bring them with me sometimes.”

“Never too busy and easy to park up. Not many reasons you would be here, could be cyps or could physio which is the other end. But you won't have a big wait, struggle to park, be rushed etc.”

“My experience is based on ENT department only! I recently had neck surgery with Mr Nilantha Imbulpitiya. He did a fantastic job with the surgery very good professional my recovery was very simple and my scar is so minimal already! I had some concerns around 6/7 weeks after the surgery I visited my GP who contacted Mr Imbulpitiya who by this point had discharged me however he jumped straight into action seeing me within one day taking time out of his already very busy schedule he examined me and arranged for another ultrasound to be performed to rule out anything problematic. Really just a wonderful consultant I wish everyone was like him! He actually listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. Keep up the great work!”

“I had been before and had a negative experience. But I came on Wednesday to get a coil removed that was not agreeing with me. The nurses were all so lovely, was helped by a lovely lady with lots of tattoos who helped me get an appointment quickly and really relieved my stress about going. She was approachable and didn’t make me feel judged in any way. My coil was removed by a lovely nurse called Abby who was so so kind and very informative about the process. My experience has changed my view on the clinic and would like to thank the staff who were there on Wednesday :)”

“Being a life long dentist phobic I was so anxious when my old dentist left and the new private company took over. Having visited the hygienist last week ( only ever had one previous appointment in my past and it wasn’t a good experience ) This lady was just so good, so kind and patient and not at all rough as my previous experience. Today I came back to see Holly for a filling. She knows I’m anxious, she understands, takes her time, explains everything and just completely put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. I’m 63 but might just not be dentist phobic anymore! 10/10”

“My Son went for a CT scan today. The building is very clean, and the staff are nice. The member of staff who stood out was Moz, who administered a cannula and did a blood test on my Son before the CT scan. His friendly and informative manner put my Son at ease for the procedure. Just what is needed for a anxious patient.”
