I needed two personalised rings with my children’s names and i trawled through the internet but couldn’t find anything that was unique, well made or within the price range that I had set. I came across by chance to redteds and read some of the glowing reviews but importantly saw the craftsmanship that went into each ring. The level of detail, the uniqueness and the pricing was all spot on. I placed the order and email Elizabeth that evening explaining that I need the ring within seven days, she obliged and i had them within four days. I particularly love the selection of dresses here, from casual to going out wear. The shop also stocks a wide range of accessories, so it’s really a one stop shop for all your requirements. The shop owner is great at putting pieces together too if you’re wanting some help. She also stocks a really good range of sizes which you don’t find in many places. “Excellent service and quality of repair. Over the past month I've taken 3 items here to have work done. Two pendants needed new bails, and one needed some other work to build it back up. One was silver and one was gold. Both repairs have been done to a very high standard. I also took a signet ring for resizing, and they've done a great job on that as well. It was also cleaned, it's now spotless and shining bright. The service was friendly and professional. I was given quotes, that they stuck to. I was kept informed of timeframes etc. Very happy I chose here, and I will continue to use this place for any further Jewelry needs. Thanks.”

Instead, the team took one look at the chain and receipt and said, “No problem.” They replaced the clasp with a stronger, slightly heavier one—free of charge—and had it done in 15 minutes. Oh, and they made us coffee while we waited. We’ve bought two pieces from them now, and every time it’s been stress-free, honest, and friendly. No pressure, just great advice and even better service. Maurice, in particular, is a total gem—polite, professional, and genuinely kind. I already have my eye on a watch next… and yes, I’m that confident in them. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“I commissioned Jo from Silver Forge to design and craft something very special for a friend who'd lost her lifelong feline friend Stanley Sparkle, we were lucky enough to have an imprint of his paw, and Jo suggested a supplier of hers to cast a new mould so as not to wreck the original, from which the paw was scaled down and a beautiful minature scale piece was created in sterling hallmarked silver, correct in every detail. Her communication, empathy and openness to suggesting ideas and modifying others was first class, and we got the intricate crafted piece in time for Christmas - all arriving is super secure boxing, including Crhistmas card, handwritten note and chocolate, and presentation box. Friends agree with me it's beautiful, and I'm sure the recipient is going to cry with joy. Couldn't be happier, it wasn't cheap but then memories don't have a price you can measure in currency. No photos as the piece is incredibly personal but you won't make a safer and better choice than Jo”
